Namaste๐ Dear Friends, I will tell you today how to made a lemon soda shikanji , first i want to tell you about Goti/goli soda its carbonated lemon flavored soft drink, in a glass bottle one round gall boll fixed over it and when we pressing then seal of bottle get open. Two days back while in the office I went outside with few known one for having lemon soda drink, while preparing the drink i took few images and shared them here.
The shopkeeper was so fast preparing the lemon soda drink, so I took images so fast, due to this some images got blur but i can do anything for my hive friends.
- Masala (powder of Cumin, carom seed and black salt) (Anyway shop keeper no t tell you) Now days packed shikanji masala is coming.
- Lemon
- Ice
- Sugar syrup
There were 3 types/size of glass categories and different prices 20INR 30INR 40INR 50INR, we took 40INR prices one.
First masala is put on the glass, then he adds sugar syrup on it and mix it well.
Then he squeezed lemon on it with the help of lemon squeezer.
Then he added ice on it and add small amount of shikanji water (shikanji made of the ice water with sugar)
Then he adds goli soda over it till it becomes full and mix it well.
Now finally Lemon soda shikanji is ready to have, you can see me to colleagues is enjoying drink.
