When you making something and taking photos you don't know how the photos will turn

Hello friends, have you heard of a drink called Shikanji? It originates from North India and is a kind of lemonade made with lemon or lime juice and some spices. This is my entry for a photography contest hosted by @qurator, with the theme of reflection.

Summer has already started in India, and soon we will return to our cold country to cool ourselves down. I made this drink last summer in Norway but forgot to post about it. However, I found a good opportunity to share it with you all now. Making this Shikanji drink is definitely worth it. It is a delicious and refreshing drink for the summer season.

this spice mixture is made specially for these drinks.

5-6 black peppercorn
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black salt
2 tbsp sugar
Mix all ingredients and blend them using a mixer.

Here are some other ingredients:
1 lemon
Handful of fresh mint leaves.
Lemon zest from the same lemon. and 1 tsp sugar for the rim of the glass.

Pour the liquid through the strainer to strain it.

Now we have all the required ingredients to make Shikanji.
