Hello, Amazing community and friends greetings from India. Finally, after getting internet and settling down with routines, I got some time to make this post. As my followers know about our Indian garden.
We arrived here exactly for cashew season. After reading the announcement from the amazing drinks community I am presenting my
juice. it is very simple without any complications, no machine can use only knife cheese cloth and jar. but many photos here show the from harvest to juice in the glasses.

Ingredients:
Organic Cashew fruits from garden

Cashew fruits are various color like bright red, light red, pink, and yellow, and we have three different colors fruits cashew trees,

First looking for perfect ripen ones,

the yellow ones are small but very juicy and sweet while harvesting in the morning we eat a few. they are good for thirst but in the afternoon they tend to irritate the throat so we avoid picking then

The red color is nice but mild taste.

I have to separate cashew seeds from the fruits.

i will sell or fire these and use for food or snacks.as they are fresh and 100% organic have very nice taste.

After deseeding i wash them. even they look very clean they still have some oil on the surface.

After washing them first cut slice of close to stem and discard.

Then cut them in appropriated size

Cashews are rich in Vitamin C
Cashews are rich in selenium, zinc, iron, phosphorus and magnesium which make it very healthy for the skin. Also vitamin C which is known to increase collagen synthesis in the body while copper maintains the collagen and elastin.
