Drink spaghetti with Ice cream Falooda Indian speciality

Hello, community greetings. Today quite a creative and amazing drink I am posting here. It is called FALOODA an amazing special Indian drink. Tasty and delicious with many different ingredients.
It is popular in Muglai cuisine but was originally a Parisian liquid cold dessert served especially at festivals and special gatherings, marriages. there are many different ways to make it. But here I made the Indo-Norwegian version

Began with these ingredients;
2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup vermicelli/small spaghetti
1 tsp basil seeds/tukmaria seeds
12 raspberries from the garden
2 tsp chopped nuts

Cooked spaghetti in 1 cup water and 1 tsp sugar pinch of salt.

After they cooked poured them on a plate, and put them in the freeze for 10 minutes.

In another pan, I boiled 2 cups of milk using less than 1/4 cup of sugar. When milk is concentrated into one cup added some saffron threads and cardamoms in powder form. stirred turn off the heat and kept it aside. After cooled down put it in the fridge.

Here are all ingredients:
200 ml concentrated milk
2 tsp berry juice
1 cup cooked spaghetti
1/2 cup soaked basil/tukmaria seeds
4 scoops of ice cream
2 tsp chopped nuts
1 tbsp mango bits
12 raspberries
4-5 caramelized pecan

In tall glasses started with putting 2 tsp spaghetti to each glass.
Then added 50 ml concentrated milk to each glass.

Added mango bits and raspberries.

Soaked basil seeds and chopped nuts into the glasses.

More spaghetti more milk more basil seeds, 1 tsp berries juice. until the glasses got 3/4 full.

Then ice cream on the top together with more mango bites, basil seeds, raspberry, and pecan. and a few drops of berries juice
