Hello, world community and friends, greetings to you all. In my last post in this community, I mentioned that I promised my Gardner that I would try to make fresh juice for his sick mother. It gives me pleasure to do something for a sick person, and it reminds me of my previous job working in a hospital and taking care of ICU patients. Although it was a critical job, it was a long time ago. Now, whenever I get a chance to do something for a sick person, I feel a great sense of satisfaction.

Now, let's get back to the juice. This juice is quite popular in Indian hospitals for patients, Use sweet lime. Although I don't use that fruit often, I don't have that I blend orange instead of sweet lime.

She swallows only 250ml max/day and Gardner has no refrigerator. Each time I make the perfect amount of juice and send it to her immediately.

For this quantity I used

1 pomegranate
1 Indian orange
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp sugar

Separated pomegranate kernels peel the orange and put in a mixer jar.

Blend them using a mixer. added salt and sugar which balance electrolytes in the body if the patient is not diabetics.
