Ingredients:
๐ฟ 1 cups grapes
๐ฟ handful fresh mint leaves
๐ฟ 1 lemon juice
๐ฟ 1 1/2 cups cold water
๐ฟ 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
๐ฟ Black salt
๐ฟ Cumin powder
๐ฟ Mint sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
Preparation
๐ Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove any stems.
๐ In a blender, combine the grapes, mint leaves, lemon juice, black salt cumin powder and sugar.
๐ Blend until smooth and well combined.
๐ Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp or solids.
๐ mix the grape-mint-lemon mixture with cold water. Stir well to combine.
๐ Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
๐ Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
๐ To serve, pour the chilled grape mint lemon juice.
