Somos conocidos en el mundo como uno de los países de mayor producción de ☕ café y muy especialmente porque sus pobladores somos los mayores consumidores. Todos los venezolanos alguna vez en su vida hemos tomado cafecito. ¡Levante la mano quien no!
Podríamos decir que los venezolanos a parte del pan 🥐 también nacemos con la tacita de café debajo del brazo. Todavía recuerdo a mis padres y a mis suegros mojarse el dedo de café para pasarlo por los labios de mis hijos cuando eran bebés 🍼. Mucho se dice de los beneficios o aspectos perjudiciales del consumo del café, sin embargo para los venezolanos INGERIRLO representa la felicidad plena.

Algo que nos caracteriza a todos por el mundo 🌎 independientemente de cual sea la bebida que tomamos es que usamos un envase súper especial para servir esa bebida. En Venezuela usamos envases llamados taza, en Colombia las llaman posillos o tazas también, en Argentina sirven su bebida en utensilios muy exclusivos para el mate, en algunas poblaciones usan envases obtenidos directamente de la naturaleza como las muy conocidas taparas y así va variando de pais en pais.
En Venezuela se sirve café en reuniones familiares, laborales y de negocios 🙋🏽♀️ suele variar el envase en el que se sirve este café según sea la magnitud o relevancia del evento; algunas veces se sirve en vasos desechables. Si vienes a Venezuela no te salvarás de probar del mejor café del mundo. Así que prepárate a disfrutar de algo único en tu paladar.
Something that characterizes all of us around the world 🌎 regardless of the beverage we drink is that we use a very special container to serve that beverage. In Venezuela we use containers called cups, in Colombia they are also called "posillos" or cups, in Argentina they serve their drink in very exclusive utensils for mate, in some populations they use containers obtained directly from nature such as the well known "taparas" and so it varies from country to country.
In Venezuela coffee is served in family, work and business meetings 🙋🏽♀️ usually varies the container in which this coffee is served depending on the magnitude or relevance of the event; sometimes it is served in disposable cups. If you come to Venezuela you will not be spared from tasting the best coffee in the world. So get ready to enjoy something unique in your palate.
Mi presentación para el concurso consiste en elaborar una taza de café que usaremos como llavero. Ahora te muestro la lista de materiales que usé y el proceso de su elaboración. ¡Empecemos!
☕ Hilos de estambres de los colores que puedes ver en la imagen del resultado. ☕ Aguja de crochet de 3,25mm.
☕ Tijeras.
☕ Aro y cadena para llavero.
☕ Algodón para rellenar.
☕ Aguja lanera.
☕ Un trocito de cartón.
My submission for the contest is to make a coffee mug that we will use as a keychain. Now I'll show you the list of materials I used and the process of making it. Let's get started!
☕ Stamen yarns in the colors you can see in the picture of the result. ☕ 3.25mm crochet needle.
☕ Scissors.
☕ Hoop and chain for keychain.
☕ Cotton for stuffing.
☕ Wool needle.
☕ A small piece of cardboard.
☕ Primero tejí lo que sería el Cuerpo de la taza. Para ello comencé con un anillo mágico de 6 puntos. De inmediato tejí la siguiente vuelta de aumentos. Luego tejí una vuelta de 1pb-1aum. Después tejí dos vueltas sin aumentos. Luego una vuelta de 2pb-1aum. Una vuelta sin aumentos. Seguí con una vuelta de 3pb-1aum.
☕ Hice una pausa en el tejido para tejer la parte marrón (sería el café) y añadirla en la siguiente vuelta.
To make this cute little cup I followed the following steps:
☕ First I knitted what would be the Body of the cup. To do this I started with a magic ring of 6 stitches. I immediately knit the next round of increases. Then I knit a round of 1pb-1aum. Then I knit two rounds without increases. Then a round of 2pb-1aum. One round without increases. I followed with a round of 3pb-1aum.
☕ I paused in the knitting to knit the brown part (that would be the brown) and add it to the next round.
☕ Tomé la parte marrón y la fui uniendo a la siguiente vuelta con puntos bajos. Aproveché de colocar el cartoncito y el relleno antes de finalizar la vuelta.
☕ Una vez que incorporé la parte marrón continué tejiendo ahora 4pb-1aum y fui alternando en las siguientes vueltas con color azul. La mayoría de nuestras tazas tienen detalles muy lindos. Elegí colocarle a mi tacita una linea en color azul que representa para mí lo despejado que está hoy el cielo, ideal para tomar cafecito y agradecer por un nuevo día.
☕ Por último realicé en la parte de abajo de la taza una vuelta de puntos bajos con el hilo color gris.
☕ I took the brown part and joined it to the next row with single crochet. I took the opportunity to place the cardboard and the stuffing before finishing the row.
☕ Once I incorporated the brown part I continued knitting now 4pb-1aum and alternated in the following rounds with blue color. Most of our cups have very nice details. I chose to add a blue line to my cup, which represents to me how clear the sky is today, ideal for drinking coffee and being thankful for a new day.
☕Finally I made a round of low stitches on the bottom of the cup with the gray thread.
☕ Como al café le ponemos azúcar, tejí un terrón en forma de corazón usando el hilo blanco. También tejí con hilo gris lo que será el asa. Empecé tejiendo 15 cadenas y sobre ellas 14 puntos bajos. Coloqué un trocito de alambre en el medio y luego fui uniendo con puntos bajos los dos extremos a lo largo del tejido. Dejando al final una hebra larga para coser a la taza.
☕ Since we put sugar in the coffee, I wove a heart-shaped lump using the white yarn. I also knitted with gray yarn what will be the handle. I started by knitting 15 chains and over them 14 single crochet stitches. I placed a small piece of wire in the middle and then I joined the two ends with low stitches along the length of the weaving. Leaving a long strand at the end to sew to the cup.
☕ Adicional tejí algo parecido a un grano de café. Usé hilos color arena y color marrón.
☕ Cosí el asa a la taza y agregué este bello diseño al aro para llavero. Y así quedó mi tacita de café al estilo del venezolano.
☕ Additional I knitted something similar to a coffee bean. I used sand-colored and brown yarns.
☕ I sewed the handle to the cup and added this beautiful design to the key ring. And this is how my Venezuelan style coffee cup turned out.
☕🌎🍵 Ahora déjenme mostrarles rápidamente cómo realicé la taza para el mate (no se si se llama así) me encantó hacerla.
🍵 Usé del mismo tipo de hilo llamado estambre. Algodón para rellenar. Un trocito de alambre que coloqué para dar firmeza a la boquilla. Tejí con aguja de 3,25 mm. Y también la voy a usar como llavero.
