What about the music? Well, I feel that we all have a story behind it, because for me, apart from conquering hearts regardless of the feeling you may have with that special melody, it also nourishes our soul.


Personally, I don't listen to music every day, but I do listen to it in special moments, for me those moments can be translated into just sitting in the comfort of my house with my husband on a weekend to talk, and from there always comes that ideal moment in which we play videos of all those songs that bring us memories whatever they are.


Since we met 27 years ago, we have the habit of dedicating songs to each other, we have a very wide repertoire, music that we treasure from our courtship, from our transit through various life situations, for example when he had to leave the country.


After our daughter was born, we dedicated her own songs to her, because she took the habit, and she has done it with us too.


I have music that reminds me of my mother, my grandmother in life, others dedicated after her death, music that reminds me of other relatives, friends, travels, in short for me music represents life, situations and mostly everything is marked in a wonderful way through it.


But as my other way to reflect what I feel, is through what I love to do which are the crafts, for today I give you the elaboration of a musical note, a symbol of what I feel for music, it is something very simple, made in the technique of quilling combined with wire.

Hola a mis queridos Hiver y a la querida comunidad de artistas #Jewelry, como siempre muy complacida y emocionada de encontrarme por acá nuevamente, mostrándole mi trabajo hecho con mucho amor y especialmente para ustedes.

El trabajo que les traigo para el día de hoy es parte de la iniciativa y tema de la semana de mi querida familia de @talentos, propuesto por la amiga @angelica7, la cual va dedicada a la música que te inspira, si quieres saber más con respecto a estas bellas iniciativas semanales y deseas unirte a ellas, te dejo la información en el siguiente link, veras que vas a querer unirte a nuestra hermosa familia.💗


Que hablar con respecto a la música?. Pues siento que todos tenemos una historia detrás de ella, ya que para mí, aparte de conquistar corazones independientemente del sentimiento que puedas tener con esa melodía especial, también nos nutre el alma.


En la parte personal no suelo escuchar música todos los días, pero si en momentos especiales, para mí esos momentos se pueden traducir en tan solo sentarme en la comodidad de mi casa junto a mi esposo un fin de semana a conversar, y de allí siempre viene ese momento idóneo en el que colocamos videos de todas aquellas canciones que nos traen recuerdos sean cual sean.


Desde que nos conocimos hace 27 años, tenemos la costumbre de dedicarnos canciones, tenemos un repertorio muy amplio, música que atesoramos de nuestro noviazgo, de nuestro tránsito por diversas situaciones de vida, por ejemplo cuando se tuvo que ausentar del país.


Luego que nació nuestra hija le dedicamos sus propias canciones, pues ella tomo la costumbre, y lo ha hecho con nosotros también.


Tengo música que me recuerda a mi mama, a mi abuelita en vida, otras dedicadas luego de su fallecimiento, música que me recuerda a otros familiares, amistades, viajes, en fin para mí la música representa la vida, las situaciones y en su mayoría todo está marcado de una manera maravillosa a través de ella.


Pero como mi otra manera de reflejar lo que siento, es por medio de lo que amo hacer que son las manualidades, para hoy les regalo la elaboración de una nota musical, un símbolo de lo que siento por la música, es algo muy sencillo, elaborado en la técnica de quilling combinado con alambre.

• Let's start by taking two pieces of quilling tape 6mm wide x 9cms long, and a piece of fine wire 4cms long, (in my case I have available some wires that come with telephone cables and I recycle them).
  
  
• We will add glue to one of the tapes and we will place the piece of wire starting with one of the ends of the tape the rest will be without wire, then we will take the remaining piece of black tape add glue and paste over the one with the wire, we must let it dry very well. We will need to do the same process depending on the amount of charms we want to make.

• Vamos a comenzar tomando dos trozos de cinta para quilling de 6mm de ancho x 9cms de largo, y un trozo de alambre fino de 4cms de largo, (en mi caso tengo disponibles algunos alambres que traen los cables telefónicos y los reciclo).


• Añadiremos pega a una de las cintas y colocaremos el trozo de alambre iniciando por una de las puntas de la cinta el resto quedara sin alambre, luego tomaremos el trozo restante de cinta negra agregamos pega y pegamos encima del que tiene el alambre, debemos dejar secar muy bien. Vamos a necesitar hacer el mismo proceso según la cantidad de dijes que queramos realizar.

• Once the ribbon is completely dry, we are going to start molding to form the musical note, we begin by placing a medium size costume jewelry ring, in the middle where we place the wires, since I placed it with a measure of 4cms long, it will be placed at a distance of 2cms, we bend the wire where we place the ring.
  
  
• Then mold with the help of the base of a brush, to form the end of the musical note.

• Totalmente seca la cinta vamos a comenzar a moldear para formar la nota musical, comenzamos colocando una argolla mediana de bisutería, en el medio donde colocamos los alambres, ya que este lo coloque con una medida de 4cms de largo, se colocara a una distancia de 2cms, doblamos el alambre donde colocamos la argolla.


• Luego moldee con la ayuda de la base de un pincel, para formar el extremo de la nota musical.

• We are going to take the quilling needle and with it we are going to wind the part that does not have wire, when we finish winding we seal with a dot of extra strong white glue. Like this pendant I made 3, two for a pair of hanging earrings, and 1 for a small pendant for a necklace.
  
  
• Once the pendants are ready we are going to apply their liquid protection (plasticized), with a brush we apply several coats of extra strong white glue, letting it dry between one coat and the other.

• Vamos a tomar la aguja para quilling y con ella vamos a enrollar la parte que no tiene alambre, al terminar de enrollar sellamos con un punto de pega blanca extra fuerte. Como este dije realice 3, dos para un par de zarcillos colgantes, y 1 para un pequeño dije para collar.


• Listos los dijes vamos a aplicar su protección liquida (plastificado), con un pincel damos varias capas de pega blanca extra fuerte dejando secar entre una capa y otra.

• When the pieces were completely dry, I placed a costume jewelry crystal as decoration, to the ones that I am going to use as earrings I placed one on each side in the circle of the musical note, and to the pendant for the necklace I placed only one.
  
  
• To finish I put to the charms that I select for earrings, its pendant base (hook), to which I previously put a black cheko crystal to give it more showiness, to one of the earrings I put a little piece of chain for costume jewelry and a small ring to make it a little longer, in this way we will have a little longer earrings than another since this style of earrings is being used a lot. The pendant for necklace we will place it in the necklace of our preference.

• Al estar totalmente secas las piezas, le coloque como decoración un cristal de bisutería, a los que voy a utilizar como zarcillos le puse uno de cada lado en el círculo de la nota musical, y al dije para collar le coloque solo 1.


• Para finalizar le coloque a los dijes que seleccione para zarcillos, su base colgante (anzuelo), al que le coloque previamente un cristal cheko negro para darle mayor vistosidad, a uno de los zarcillos le coloque un trocito de cadena para bisutería y una argolla pequeña para hacerlo un poco más largo, de esta manera tendremos un zarcillos un poco más largo que otro ya que se están utilizando mucho ese estilo de pendientes. El dije para collar lo colocaremos en el collar de nuestra preferencia.
