Hey por aquí nuevamente agradecido por tener la oportunidad de dirigirme a todos ustedes.

El mes de noviembre ha sido bastante épico como dice un amigo por ahí, literalmente no hemos cogido pausa en esto lo que refiere la promoción e impulso de nuestra plataforma. La "Caracas Blockchain Week" terminó a todo tren, a esto se le une la Expo-Zulia en el lado occidental del país, el ruido increíble que hay en Lechería y un poco mas hacia el centro estamos en Barquisimeto organizando el final de año y lo que vendrá para este 2023.

Lo único que puedo adelantar es que se vienen grandes cosas, no solo en Venezuela, sino en todos los rincones del mundo donde resida un Hivers. 2023 será un año de desafíos en los cuales debemos cada vez apretar el acelerador para mostrar nuestra fortaleza como plataforma y comprobar que estamos preparados para sobrevenir el cryptoinvierno que se asoma por los costados. Lo mejor es que hemos demostrado nuestra fortaleza, no olvidemos nuestro andar en Hive y todo lo aprendido en pre-Hive. Sin duda eso nos hace sobresalir entre una cantidad innumerables de proyectos. Por tanto, eso debe mantenernos motivados y con la tranquilidad suficiente de que esto es otro ciclo mas.

The month of November has been quite epic as a friend says, literally we have not paused in this what refers to the promotion and promotion of our platform. The "Caracas Blockchain Week" ended at full speed, to this we have to add the Expo-Zulia in the western side of the country, the incredible noise in Lechería and a little further towards the center we are in Barquisimeto organizing the end of the year and what will come for this 2023.

The only thing I can say is that great things are coming, not only in Venezuela, but in every corner of the world where a Hivers resides. 2023 will be a year of challenges in which we must press the accelerator every time to show our strength as a platform and prove that we are prepared to overcome the crypto-winter that is looming on the sides. The best thing is that we have demonstrated our strength, let's not forget our Hive track record and everything we learned pre-Hive. No doubt that makes us stand out among a countless number of projects. Therefore, that should keep us motivated and with enough peace of mind that this is just another cycle.

En este rincón del planeta seguimos motivados y estamos dispuestos a seguir trabajando con interesa, compromiso y al mejor nivel para demostrar los beneficios y potencialidades que hacen de Hive la mejor plataforma para desarrollar aplicaciones descentralizadas a bajo costo, las múltiples opciones de inversión, la factible construcción de una base económica que permita hacer tangible el concepto de independencia financiera, entre muchas otras cosas.

In this corner of the planet we are still motivated and we are willing to continue working with interest, commitment and at the best level to demonstrate the benefits and potential that make Hive the best platform to develop decentralized applications at low cost, the multiple investment options, the feasible construction of an economic base that allows to make tangible the concept of financial independence, among many other things.

En esta semana de pausa y de reorganización del equipo de la ciudad, hemos aprovechado la ocasión para hacer entrega de unas camisetas y gorras que se mandaron a confeccionar en el mes de octubre para darnos ese toque formal que necesitamos para seguir promocionando a Hive. También la ocasión sirvió para entregar unos detalles de los que se vieron en la ciudad capital en el evento CBW para los Hivers que no pudieron asistir y que estaban ansiosos por tener al menos un presente de todo lo sucedido en esa fecha.

In this week of pause and reorganization of the city team, we have taken the opportunity to deliver some shirts and caps that were sent to make in the month of October to give us that formal touch we need to continue promoting Hive. Also the occasion served to deliver some details of what was seen in the capital city in the CBW event for the Hivers who could not attend and who were anxious to have at least a present of everything that happened on that date.

Aprovechamos el tiempo para hablar, compartir la experiencia, también conversamos de la actualidad, lo que se viene a continuación para finalizar el año, donde todavía quedan dos buenas sorpresas en el 2022, las propuestas para el primer trimestre del 2023 y la consecuente lluvias de ideas para seguir activando esa parte creativa que nos impulsa a innovar y mejorar.

We took advantage of the time to talk, share the experience, we also talked about current events, what is coming next to end the year, where there are still two good surprises in 2022, the proposals for the first quarter of 2023 and the consequent brainstorming to continue activating that creative part that drives us to innovate and improve.

Para el encuentro fui en compañía de mi hijo Jeremías, escuchó lo que dijimos y es mi intención que se involucre lo más pronto posible, quizás no de forma consciente, pero ya la parte gráfica la maneja, el logo y el material pop le llama suficientemente la atención para quererlo colocar en sus cuadernos y pertenencias.

For the meeting I went with my son Jeremías, he listened to what we said and it is my intention that he gets involved as soon as possible, maybe not consciously, but he already handles the graphic part, the logo and the pop material attracts his attention enough to want to place it in his notebooks and belongings.

En esta publicación he hablado de varias cosas, pero principalmente quería realizar un agradecimiento público al compañero @guiltyparties por todo el apoyo prestado para lograr adquirir estas prendas que servirán para hacer presentaciones mas formales y que se identifique con claridad los miembros del equipo y a quien representa.
