Saludos queridos amigos, el día de hoy me uno a la iniciativa creada por @rutablockchain con la finalidad de expresar mi experiencia personal al comenzar en Hive, aprovecho la oportunidad para invitar a que se animen a participar a mis amigas @tarot911 @lisbethseijas @petrarodriguez.

Actualmente soy reputación 73.2 y en mis actividades de hivebuzz he obtenido estas hermosas insignias. Mirando hacia atrás y en mi experiencia personal, debo confesar que he pasado muchos retos y aprendizajes en esta plataforma. Es importante hacer una retrospección de todos los acontecimientos que he transitado en este ecosistema, por lo menos los más relevantes desde los más recientes hasta mis comienzos.

Mis comienzos en hive/ My beggines in hive
Cabe destacar que cada hiver es distinto y cada experiencia vivida aquí es diferente y desde mi punta de vista mis comienzos fueron buenos, en el momento que se inicio esta plataforma estuve presente con mis contenidos que fueron bien remunerados, por lo tanto que mis emociones fueron como una montaña rusa. Así que día a día participaba en muchas iniciativas, concursos de las diferentes comunidades que cada vez más se fueron creando. Esto me permitió conocer, aprender, aportar y ser creativa cada vez más.
En la mayoría de mis contenidos, las diferentes ballenas apoyaron mis publicaciones. Recuerdo que pasaba el tiempo sumergida en este ecosistema redactando contenidos, haciendo comentarios y participando en los canales del discord, ya que allí también hay mucha interacción de muchos usuarios con experiencias y con mucho talentos enamorándome cada vez de Hive. También al principio me encontraba con muchas expectativas de como iba a funcionar esta plataforma, una vez que hice mi presentación y fui apoyada como las de muchos otros usuarios me dio la confianza de saber que Hive es y será la ventana para expresar mis conocimientos, sentimientos, experiencia personal a través de mis publicaciones.
It should be noted that every hiver is different and every experience lived here is different and from my point of view my beginnings were good, at the time this platform started I was present with my contents that were well paid, so my emotions were like a roller coaster. So day by day I participated in many initiatives, contests of the different communities that were increasingly being created. This allowed me to know, learn, contribute and be creative more and more.
In most of my contents, the different whales supported my publications. I remember spending time immersed in this ecosystem writing content, making comments and participating in the discord channels, since there is also a lot of interaction of many users with experiences and with a lot of talents, falling in love with Hive every time. Also at the beginning I was with many expectations of how this platform was going to work, once I made my presentation and was supported like many other users it gave me the confidence to know that Hive is and will be the window to express my knowledge, feelings, personal experience through my publications.
Mis tropiezos/ My stumbles
En la marcha solemos cometer errores, que en muchos casos ignoramos como son las cosas, puesto que en esta plataforma hay mucha tela que cortar, primeramente usar los códigos correctamente en el momento de redactar, saber utilizar las comunidades y sus reglas, también utilizar las fuentes, y otra es que la más grave la de no cometer plagio.
No sabía que hay diferentes modos de caer en plagio cosa que ignoraba, ya que en una oportunidad realicé una publicación donde hice una receta parecida a la de mi hermana que es un usuario de aquí, así que cuando la lancé me la motearon, puesto que es contenido reciclado, ya que las fotografías aunque son de distintas cámaras son parecidas.
A pesar que tengo tiempo en la plataforma, eso lo desconocía y me sentí muy mal, pero aprendí que debemos informarnos más, leer e investigar, ya que esto es muy amplio y debemos ser cuidadosos cuando creamos contenidos y no cometer esos errores que nos perjudican de alguna forma.

I didn't know that there are different ways to plagiarize something that I didn't know, since I once made a publication where I made a recipe the same as my sister who is a user here, so when I launched it they called me, since it is recycled content, since the photographs although they are from different cameras are similar.
Although I have been on the platform for a long time, I didn't know that and I felt very bad, but I learned that we should be more informed, read and investigate, since this is very broad and we must be careful when we create content and not make those mistakes that harm us in some way.
Mis sugerencias/ My suggestions
Desde que comenzamos en esta plataforma debemos tener un asesoramiento y mucha paciencia, cada usuario debe procurar crear su publicación lo mejor posible, sobre todo amar y tener mucha pasión en lo que hacemos manteniendo esa inspiración, además de ser constantes, ya que en la perseverancia está el éxito, también ser tolerante cuando no somos remunerados, ya que los votos no son asegurados, de ser participativos en las diferentes comunidades cumpliendo sus reglas, y así ir buscando ese crecimiento orgánico para mantenernos siempre en movimiento.
Ser participativos con otros usuarios, en hacer y responder comentarios en otros blogs, ya que tenemos que hacer comunidad. Considero que he recorrido un largo camino hasta aquí y parece que fue ayer cuando retomamos todo éste proyecto, lleno de aprendizajes significativos que seguiré dando lo mejor de mi y seguir evolucionando.
Since we started on this platform we must have advice and a lot of patience, each user must try to create their publication as best as possible, especially love and have a lot of passion in what we do keeping that inspiration, besides being constant, because in perseverance is success, also be tolerant when we are not paid, since the votes are not assured, to be participatory in the different communities complying with their rules, and thus go looking for that organic growth to keep us always in motion.
To be participative with other users, in making and answering comments in other blogs, since we have to make community. I think I have come a long way here and it seems like yesterday when we resumed this whole project, full of significant learning that I will continue to give the best of me and continue to evolve.
