Luego de muchas conversaciones en el grupo de Whataspp, de cambios de fechas y horarios, y cuando parecía que no nos íbamos a reunir, @yolimarag y su equipo de trabajo lograron el milagro. Este sábado veintitrés de julio se dio el esperado encuentro de los hivers aragüeños. El sitio de reunión fue el restaurante “Sefardí”, en la feria de comida del Centro Comercial: “Estación Central”.
Aún cuando la reunión estaba pautada para las doce treinta, ya a las once de la mañana comenzaron a llegar los hivers, todos querían estar a tiempo para compartir un rato antes de que el evento arrancara formalmente.
Y es que para un evento como este todos vamos con grandes expectativas, con inmensos deseos de conocer a aquellas personas con las que se lleva tiempo compartiendo en la plataforma. Son amigos virtuales que en sus diferentes publicaciones nos han revelado la historia de sus vidas, de algún modo nos conocemos bastante. Es increíble el nivel de amistad que se puede generar en estos espacios virtuales. Así que tener la oportunidad de conocer en persona a estos amigos del mundo virtual es una experiencia muy valorada.
En el evento se dieron cita viejos amigos y hivers que apenas están comenzando su travesía en la Blockchain, todos muy alegres de estar compartiendo esta gran experiencia.
Una parte del Meetup se dedicó a escuchar los testimonios y orientaciones de hivers muy conocedores de la actividad de HIVE. Allí compartieron su experiencia @yolimarag, @enmymente, @danielvehe, @garybilbao y @fermionico.
Es de agradecer que estos amigos dediquen su tiempo a orientar sobre el mejor camino para avanzar en HIVE. Cada uno de ellos fue dejando valiosos conocimientos para entender mejor las posibilidades de negocios que ofrece HIVE. Porque HIVE tiene ese gran mérito, es un sitio donde la pasamos bien, donde podemos desarrollar todas nuestras potencialidades, pero a la vez es un gran sitio para hacer negocios y donde las personas curiosas pueden encontrar la forma de obtener buenos ingresos.
Debo aclarar que el evento fue patrocinado en su totalidad por la gente de HIVE. Los amigos de @rutablockchain y @yolimarag, establecieron los contactos necesarios para que los hivers aragüeños pudiéramos disfrutar de un gran día, de compartir emociones y conocimientos, sin costo alguno para ninguno de nosotros. La Blockchain tiene previsto una ayuda financiera para promocionar este tipo de eventos que procuran la proyección de HIVE en la sociedad analógica.
Y en ese punto de la proyección de HIVE hacia la comunidad el evento fue totalmente positivo. En los alrededores del restaurant había pancartas alusivas a HIVE y la web3.0. Las personas asistentes a la feria de comida, que eran bastantes por ser sábado en la tarde, tenían contacto con esta publicidad. Pero no solamente eso, sino que todas las intervenciones y la promoción del evento que hacían a cada rato la gente del restaurant, era escuchada por los asistentes a la feria de comida. Seguro que más de uno comenzó a preguntarse qué era eso de HIVE, y a sentir curiosidad por aquello que nos hacía estar tan contentos en esa reunión.
Para mí fue una tarde muy feliz, de las mejores que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Dos grandes sorpresas hicieron más intensas mis emociones de esa tarde.
La primera fue que @yolimarag me invitó a lanzarme al ruedo entre las personas que tomaron la palabra. Al principio dudé puesto que no tenía nada preparado, me tocaba hacer una improvisación desde cero…
Y aunque tenía mucho tiempo que no hablaba para un público amplio, esa experiencia la he tenido muchas veces en mi vida. Y me di cuenta en esa tarde del sábado que ese es un conocimiento como el de la bicicleta, si lo has tenido alguna una vez ya no se te olvida nunca.
Y así pasó. Apenas recibí el micrófono las ideas fueron fluyendo ordenadamente por mi mente, pronto encontré el tono para dirigirme a esa audiencia de amigos, y logré compartir con ellos parte de lo que he aprendido en los cuatro años que llevo en la Blockchain. Gracias a @yolimarag por haberme planteado ese reto.
La segunda gran sorpresa fue un concurso a ver quien se ganaba una franela de hombre. La condición fue dar tres consejos para los hivers. Participamos tres personas, @soungo, @magdiel7 y yo. Al final quedamos @magdiel7 y yo y el evento se iba a decidir por aplausos hacia uno y otro, pero las barras estaban empatadas y tuvimos que ir a un desempate.
Para ello se echó mano al viejo juego de papel, piedra y tijera, tuve que escarbar en mi memoria porque habrían pasado más de cincuenta años desde que jugué eso por última vez. Pero ni modo, las reglas eran las reglas.
La árbitro del match fue la amiga @felianisuarez, se encargó que no hiciéramos trampas. Luego de tres intentos donde resultábamos empatados, al final mi tijera logró romper en pedacitos el papel con el que salió @magdiel7. Y me gané mi franela, un gran recuerdo para mí.
Los meetups son una actividad imprescindible en un mundo como HIVE, permiten que los hivers se encuentren y de ese modo se fortalezcan las relaciones en la comunidad, pero también sirven, y esto también es muy importante, para dar a conocer a HIVE en las comunidades analógicas. Espero que a partir de este momento se multipliquen los Meetups en la comunidad del Estado Aragüa.

This Saturday, July 23rd, the expected meeting of the hivers from Aragon took place. The meeting place was the restaurant "Sefardi", in the food fair of the shopping center: "Estación Central".
Even though the meeting was scheduled for twelve thirty, the hivers began to arrive at eleven in the morning, everyone wanted to be on time to share some time before the event formally started.
And for an event like this we all go with great expectations, with immense desire to meet those people with whom we have been sharing on the platform for a long time. They are virtual friends who in their different publications have revealed to us the story of their lives, in a way we know each other quite well. It is incredible the level of friendship that can be generated in these virtual spaces. So having the opportunity to meet in person these friends from the virtual world is a highly valued experience.
The event was attended by old friends and hivers who are just starting their journey in the Blockchain, all very happy to be sharing this great experience.
Part of the Meetup was dedicated to listen to the testimonies and guidance of hivers very knowledgeable about the HIVE activity. There, @yolimarag, @enmymente, @danielvehe, @garybilbao and @fermionico shared their experience.
It is to be appreciated that these friends dedicate their time to provide guidance on the best way to move forward in HIVE. Each one of them left valuable knowledge to better understand the business possibilities that HIVE offers. Because HIVE has this great merit, it is a place where we have a good time, where we can develop all our potential, but at the same time it is a great place to do business and where curious people can find the way to obtain good income.
I should clarify that the event was sponsored entirely by the people of HIVE. The friends of @rutablockchain and @yolimarag, established the necessary contacts so that the hivers aragüeños could enjoy a great day, to share emotions and knowledge, at no cost to any of us. And on that point of HIVE's projection towards the community, the event was totally positive. Around the restaurant there were banners alluding to HIVE and web3.0. The people attending the food fair, which were quite a few because it was a Saturday afternoon, had contact with this publicity. But not only that, but all the interventions and the promotion of the event that the people of the restaurant were doing at every moment, were heard by the attendees of the food fair. Surely more than one of us began to wonder what HIVE was all about, and to feel curious about what made us so happy at that meeting.
For me it was a very happy afternoon, one of the best I have had in a long time. Two big surprises made my emotions more intense that afternoon.
The first was that @yolimarag invited me to throw myself into the ring among the people who took the floor. At first I hesitated because I had nothing prepared, I had to improvise from scratch...
And although it had been a long time since I had spoken to a large audience, I have had that experience many times in my life. And I realized on that Saturday afternoon that this is a knowledge like that of the bicycle, if you have had it once, you never forget it.
And so it happened. As soon as I received the microphone the ideas were flowing neatly through my mind, I soon found the tone to address that audience of friends, and I managed to share with them part of what I have learned in the four years I have been in the Blockchain. Thanks to @yolimarag for setting me that challenge.
The second big surprise was a contest to see who could win a men's flannel. The condition was to give three tips for hivers. Three people participated, @soungo, @magdiel7 and me. In the end @magdiel7 and I were left and the event was going to be decided by applause for one and the other, but the bars were tied and we had to go to a tiebreaker.
For that the old game of paper, rock and scissors was used, I had to dig in my memory because it would have been more than fifty years since I played that last time. But no way, the rules were the rules.
The referee of the match was my friend @felianisuarez, she made sure we didn't cheat. After three attempts where we were tied, in the end my scissors managed to tear into pieces the paper that @magdiel7 came out with. And I won my flannel, a great souvenir for me.
Meetups are an essential activity in a world like hive, they allow hivers to meet and thus strengthen relationships in the community, but they also serve, and this is also very important, to make HIVE known in the communities. I hope that from this moment on, meetups will multiply in the community of the State of Aragüa.
