Es lindo reconocer el trabajo o el talento de otros, a veces resulta inspirador. Por esa razón me parece apropiada esta dinámica de homenajear a un Hiver, en esta ocasión el homenajeado es nada menos y nada más que @theycallmedan.

¿Quién es @theycallmedan?
Su nombre es Dan Hensley, aunque es conocido por su seudónimo. Comenzó en la comunidad de Steemit, y desde allí logró iniciar su proyecto conocido como 3speak, una comunidad creada para vloggers, o todos los que prefieran compartir su contenido de manera visual antes que escrita, con una grandiosa ventaja frente a otras plataformas, de contar con una absoluta libertad de expresión sin miedo a ser censurados por la misma, después de haber invertido tu tiempo y esfuerzo creando tu contenido, incluso la comunidad te otorga recompensas por postear en ella, ¡fantástico! ¿No?

¿Por qué lo homenajeamos?
Por si no lo sabes, @theycallmedan en HIVE ha sido un gran inversor y un increíble influencer. Dan es muy reconocido en la comunidad y admirado por muchos, yo me incluyo en la enorme lista de sus admiradores, porque él ha sido un gran apoyo para la comunidad venezolana y desde los inicios por lo que he visto y he escuchado o más bien leído.
En mi caso, ha votado muchos de mis post, valorando mi contenido. De hecho mi esposa @zullyscott es testigo de que cuando él me vota alguno de mis post, y casualmente Zully me pregunta, ¿Cómo le fue a tu post? Yo le respondo: “Mi amigo Dan me voto” Aunque no lo conozco personalmente, me gusta pensar en él de manera cercana.
Pero, pensarlo de manera cercana no es mero capricho, si prestan atención, él se mantiene muy activo y muy pendiente de actividades que hagan crecer a la comunidad y por ello, muchos creemos y apostamos en el crecimiento de la plataforma a futuro, tanto a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
Además lo homenajeamos en esta oportunidad porque siendo uno de los co-fundadores de la plataforma de 3speak y uno de los principales inversores acá HIVE se nota evidentemente su compromiso y el cariño que da por la plataforma, para que esta crezca cada vez más y más.
Pero, como no me gusta hablar por hablar, o mejor dicho, escribir por escribir, me puse a investigar un poco a ver que encontraba acerca de Dan, y ¡vaya que sorpresa me he llevado!
En Amazon puedes encontrar un libro de su autoría, donde comparte un método creado por él para adelgazar, un método con el que adelgazó 45 Kilos en 4 meses. ¡Increíble! En Dan no solo hay un gran inversor en el mundo de la Blockchain, sino que también es un ejemplo de determinación y trabajo duro para alcanzar una meta personal. Y además es un ejemplo de filantropía, las ganancias de su libro son destinadas a una fundación benéfica para el autismo, para mí eso es habla muy bien de él.
Así que personalmente, aplausos de pie para Dan, este homenaje es lo menos que te mereces. Un fuerte abrazo para ti, sigue haciendo ese gran trabajo que haces, es inspirador.

Who is @theycallmedan?
His name is Dan Hensley, although he is known by his pseudonym. He started in the Steemit community, and from there he managed to start his project known as 3speak, a community created for vloggers, or all those who prefer to share their content visually rather than in writing, with a great advantage over other platforms, to have absolute freedom of expression without fear of being censored by it, after having invested your time and effort creating your content, even the community gives you rewards for posting on it, fantastic! Right?

Why do we honor him?
In case you don't know, @theycallmedan at HIVE has been a great investor and an incredible influence. Dan is very well known in the community and admired by many, I include myself in the enormous list of his admirers, because he has been a great support for the Venezuelan community and from the beginning by what I have seen and heard or rather read.
In my case, he has voted many of my posts, valuing my content. In fact, my wife @zullyscott is a witness that when he votes for one of my posts, and coincidentally Zully asks me, how did your post go? I answer: "My friend Dan voted for me." Although I don't know him personally, I like to think of him as close.
But, thinking about him in a close way is not a mere whim, if you pay attention, he is very active and very aware of activities that make the community grow and therefore, many of us believe and bet on the growth of the platform in the future, both in the short, medium and long term.
In addition we pay tribute to him on this occasion because being one of the co-founders of the 3speak platform and one of the main investors here HIVE clearly shows his commitment and love for the platform, so that it grows more and more.
But, since I don't like to talk for the sake of talking, or rather, write for the sake of writing, I started to do some research to see what I could find out about Dan, and what a surprise I got!
In Amazon you can find a book of his authorship, where he shares a method he created to lose weight, a method with which he lost 45 Kilos in 4 months, incredible! In Dan there is not only a great investor in the world of the Blockchain, but also an example of determination and hard work to achieve a personal goal. And he's also an example of philanthropy, the profits from his book go to a charity for autism, to me that speaks very highly of him.
So personally, standing ovation for Dan, this tribute is the least you deserve. A big hug for you, keep doing that great work you do, it's inspiring.
