Thank you so much for making this post! I know I'm late to seeing it, but it has really helped me understand what is happening on Hive. I'm a student at OSU and I created a Hive account for one of the classes I'm taking in order to learn about the blockchain. I was really confused about how comments and upvoting and downvoting worked, but this guide helped me understand how important each action on Hive is and the weight it carries.
