• ¿Qué es Hive? 💕
Hive es un ecosistema en el que los usuarios podemos subir publicaciones, videos, jugar y compartir de forma libre nuestro contenido original, ¡Mucho cuidado con esto! Porque libertad se puede convertir en libertinaje y ahí es donde se genera el caos. Hive es una red social descentralizada donde podemos subir nuestro contenido, podemos participar en concursos y muchas cosas más, todo depende de cuánto interactúes en la comunidad y cuanto apoyo recibas en tus publicaciones. Cada voto tiene un valor y eso es lo que se convierte en dinero que luego podrás cambiar en las casas de cambio que existen en el mercado. Otra cosa que es muy importante que sepas es que lo que ganes en tus post se va a dividir entre los curadores (personas que votan por ti) y otra parte va a tu poder de voto y el resto es para ti. Tú también te puedes convertir en curador dando “me gusta” por las publicaciones de los demás, pero también se gana dinero extra dejando buenos comentarios. Otra cosa que es muy importante saber es que es primordial hacer comunidad y eso se hace siguiendo a otras personas, inter actuando en el discord de las distintas comunidades, saludando.
- What is Hive?

You can also become a curator by "liking" other people's posts, but you also earn extra money by leaving good comments. • ¿Cómo supe de Hive? ☮ How did I know about Hive?
Llegué a HIVE gracias a un amigo @Ndnthor, ya él no se encuentra trabajando en la plataforma, se fue a Italia por culpa de la crisis que estaba atravesando nuestro país Venezuela, fue en ese año 2018 donde todo se agravó y el dinero no nos alcanzaba para nada, peor aún eran las interminables colas que teníamos que hacer para poder comprar la comida y luchábamos entre nosotros mismos para conseguir el alimento para nuestros hijos.
• How did I know about Hive?
I came to HIVE thanks to a friend @Ndnthor, he is no longer working on the platform, he went to Italy because of the crisis that our country Venezuela was going through, it was in that year 2018 where everything got worse and money was not enough for us at all, even worse were the endless queues we had to do to be able to buy food and we were fighting among ourselves to get food for our children.
Mi amigo sabia de los trabajos que yo hacía en mi taller de costura, siempre me decía que eran muy bonitos, pero un día el comentario fue más extenso, recuerdo que me dijo que yo podía ganar un dinero extra por hacer publicaciones en la antigua plataforma, también me dijo que era algo así como Facebook y que si quería más información buscara videos en YouTube.
My friend knew about the work I was doing in my sewing workshop, he always told me that they were very nice, but one day the comment was more extensive, I remember he told me that I could earn extra money by making publications on the old platform, he also told me that it was something like Facebook and that if I wanted more information I should look for videos on YouTube.
Les voy a confesar algo, yo era de las personas que gastaba mi tiempo y mi internet visitando Facebook, dejando comentarios, subiendo fotos, y nada de eso era recompensado, según entiendo, al único que eso le beneficiaba era al dueño de Facebook quien cada día era más rico, en cambio en HIVE somos una hermosa familia a nivel mundial donde todos nos apoyamos, nos cuidamos, nos aconsejamos y disfrutamos de verdad.
I am going to confess something, I was one of the people who spent my time and my internet visiting Facebook, leaving comments, uploading photos, and none of that was rewarded, as I understand, the only one who benefited from that was the owner of Facebook who was getting richer every day, instead in HIVE we are a beautiful family worldwide where we all support each other, we take care of each other, we advise each other and we really enjoy ourselves.
• ¿Cuáles eran mis dudas al ingresar a Hive?
Creo que la primera duda era saber si realmente pagaban, ya que en esos meses anteriores muchos habíamos sufrido la decepción de trabajar en una página muy parecida llamada whaleshares quien prometió villas y castillas y todo se evaporó como la espuma, otra página que también sucedió lo mismo se llamó bears, publicamos y publicamos y luego todo desapareció sin haber podido vender jamás ni medio por el trabajo que hicimos, entonces cuando todo este proceso de mudanza de Steemit a Hive comenzó muchos sentíamos miedo, pero desde el mismo momento, desde el primer día todo funcionó a la perfección, todo era transparente como el agua. Eso inspiró mucha confianza, definitivamente HIVE fue un regalo del cielo para nuestras vidas.
- What were my doubts when I joined Hive?
I think the first doubt was to know if they really paid, since in those previous months many of us had suffered the disappointment of working in a very similar page called whaleshares who promised villas and castles and everything evaporated like foam, another page that also happened the same thing was called bears, We published and published and then everything disappeared without ever being able to sell even half of the work we did, so when this whole process of moving from Steemit to Hive began many of us were afraid, but from the very moment, from the first day everything worked perfectly, everything was as transparent as water. That inspired a lot of confidence, HIVE was definitely a godsend for our lives.
Otra duda que sentía era la estabilidad en el precio de la moneda, en un principio fue muy bajo pero increíblemente subió como la espuma, eso era algo que nadie podía creer, porque después de haber estado casi dos años ganando una moneda que no subía de 0.100 $ en la antigua plataforma y ahora que estábamos aquí ganáramos un dólar por cada moneda que hiciéramos eso era increíble.
Another doubt I felt was the stability in the price of the coin, in the beginning it was very low but incredibly it went up like crazy, that was something that nobody could believe, because after having been almost two years earning a coin that did not go above 0.100 $ on the old platform and now that we were here we were earning a dollar for every coin we made that was incredible.
• ¿Cuál ha sido mi experiencia hasta el momento?
Mi experiencia en HIVE ha sido maravillosa y es que de esto que les cuento en la pregunta anterior ha pasado un año y casualmente lo estuvimos celebrando hace dos semanas. Y como no celebrar un año de bendiciones, la gente volvió a trabajar con gusto, con seguridad y sobretodo con felicidad.
- What has been my experience so far?
My experience in HIVE has been wonderful and it's been a year since I told you in the previous question and coincidentally we were celebrating it two weeks ago. And how could we not celebrate a year of blessings, people returned to work with pleasure, with security and above all with happiness.
Hace algunos días tuve la dicha y la fortuna de asistir a mi primer Meetup y allí pude aprender muchas más cosas, porque aquí uno no para de aprender. Definitivamente hoy mi vida es otra; si es verdad que hay que invertirle tiempo, pero si eres socio de una empresa es primordial que para que funcione debes hacerla crecer. En mi país hay un dicho que dice “El ojo del amo, engorda el ganado” así que entre todos tenemos que trabajar para construir día a día una mejor casa, un mejor negocio una mejor empresa o como la quieras llamar.
A few days ago I had the joy and fortune to attend my first Meetup and there I was able to learn many more things, because here one does not stop learning. Today my life is definitely different; it is true that you have to invest time, but if you are a partner in a company it is essential that for it to work you must make it grow. In my country there is a saying that goes "The eye of the master, fattens the cattle" so we all have to work together to build day by day a better house, a better business, a better company or whatever you want to call it.

Ahora donde quiera que voy estoy pensando en HIVE, sea en el parque, playa, plaza o ciudad, no hay un momento del día que no esté pensando en él. Ni hablar de las noches cuando me acuesto, solo pienso en Hive. En las mañanas antes de levantarme organizo mis ideas para ver por donde quiero comenzar a publicar, porque es que aquí hay demasiados espacios para escribir, hay una comunidad para cada cosa.
Now wherever I go I'm thinking about HIVE, be it in the park, beach, square or city, there's not a moment of the day that I'm not thinking about him. Let alone nights when I go to bed, I just think about Hive. In the mornings before getting up I organize my ideas to see where I want to start publishing, because here there are too many spaces to write, there is a community for everything.
De hecho mi blog ha ampliado su visión y se ha vuelto más diverso, ya que antes solo me dedicaba a las manualidades y a cocinar, pero ahora hablo de naturaleza, de mascotas, mis gustos, participo en cuanto concurso e iniciativa me invitan y eso es muy bueno porque nunca te aburres.
In fact my blog has expanded its vision and has become more diverse, because before I was only dedicated to crafts and cooking, but now I talk about nature, pets, my tastes, I participate in every contest and initiative I am invited and that is very good because you never get bored.
Para ir terminando quiero decirles que de lo que más me siento orgullosa es de poder estar ganando lo suficiente para aportar en casa para nuestra alimentación y lo que más me llena de satisfacción y tranquilidad es que después de tanto tiempo pude volver ayudar a mi madre a quien tenía abandonada o más bien descuidada ya que no podía darle todo lo que ella se merece. Pero ahora todo es especial, si es verdad trabajamos duro pero obtenemos recompensas y eso es lo que queremos.
To finish I want to tell you that what I am most proud of is to be able to be earning enough to contribute at home for our food and what fills me with satisfaction and tranquility is that after so long I could return to help my mother who had abandoned or rather neglected because I could not give her everything she deserves. But now everything is special, yes it is true we work hard but we get rewards and that is what we want.
