Have you ever seen a dead person before? That's precisely how you may seem while you are asleep. Sleep is exactly like being half dead since you are unaware about what is occurring around you. It doesn't matter if you are not a deep sleeper you may likely not realize what's occurring around you while sleeping.
Sleep is a very vital thing to accomplish. It aids the body in a major manner. Even lack of sleep is an illness called insomnia. That is to illustrate how important it is. People who have this condition might run into depression. I remember when I was much younger when I got back from school my parents would compel me to take a Siesta(Afternoon Nap) before finishing my homework and I must cry before I sleep because I despised it. But now, I need more of them. I hardly see any since I am occupied with so much stuff. Nevertheless when I have the opportunity I never joke with my sleep.

My mother experienced sleeplessness for nearly 2 years. It is as difficult as I can express. Seeing her awake at midnight as I go to ease myself. She would remain up all night and even though she attempted to sleep she couldn't sleep for beyond 1 hour. She went to numerous hospitals but nothing was truly working until she was led to a doctor. According to her, they explained it was because blood wasn't going to the brain and drugs were provided. I'm pleased she's well now.

When I am upset I just go to sleep and I realize I feel a lot better when I wake up. Sometimes when I have a headache or being stressed instead of using medications like panadol I like to drink lots of water and sleep and I feel better when I wake up. It's working like magic 😂.
I do not enjoy starving or pushing myself not to sleep. If I become dizzy when reading I leave my book, sleep a little and come back. That makes it more simple to understand. During examinations I enjoy reading at night so I make sure I sleep early and get up at midnight so as to read and if I read all night without sleep I may get a headache or become ill.

I hardly have dreams and even if I do I barely recall them. There's certain procedures I take to guarantee I get a nice sleep.
They are

Have a good posture
When sleeping it is essential to have a good position. Sometimes when I sleep facing upwards t I choke when I swallow saliva. So I like to sleep sideways to sleep better.

Turn off electronics and lights:
I don't feel comfortable when the lights are on while sleeping. Thus, I like to turn the Tv or light off. I enjoy it when the room is dark and the light doesn't harm my eyes.

I also prefer sleeping in a well ventilated and clean room so that I can sleep better.

Avoid caffeine:
To have a better sleep, I avoid tea or beverages that include caffeine. They don't really work and whenever I take them I get a bad headache.
I genuinely believe sleep is natural and we shouldn't use anything to stop us sleeping.
