Every other nutrients has substitute but sleep has none.,though sleep hasn't been listed among any of the six classes of food but it contributes almost 30% of dietary supplements.
Sleep supposed to be one of the major of health, after long day.
We are expected to rest at least once a day for a protracted period of time.
