En esta oportunidad vengo a expresarles mis impresiones acerca de lo ocurrido en la fecha pasada de eliminatorias sudamericanas con miras al mundial de Qatar 2022.

En este partido la selección Boliviana fue efectiva, las ocasiones de gol las supo materializar, extendiendo de esa manera su supremacía ante los guaraníes en casa. Los guaraníes tuvieron mayor posesión del balón por mínima ventaja, con 17 remates incluyendo un penal que fue errado por el atacante paraguayo Sanabria. En ese momento de haberlo convertido hubiese significado el empate; le cambiaba el rostro al partido, pero su disparo se marcho por lejos, puedo inferir que la altura le jugo una mala pasada al momento de patear el balón le dio muy debajo y la pelota tomo vuelo muy rápido.

La selección chilena venció en esta jornada de eliminatorias a la Vinotinto, un partido de vital importancia para ambos combinados que tuvo color Rojo en el marcador.
Toda una fiesta se preparo en el estadio, aficionados, luces y la selección no defraudo a su público. 3 goles por 0 fue el resultado final, los primeros 15 minutos de juego fue un estudio táctico del rival para los locales, donde estuvieron tocando el balón a ras del suelo y con algunas jugadas de peligro gracias a su juego rápido que caracteriza al futbol chileno.
Los goles no tardaron en llegar, en el minuto 18 y 37 del primer tiempo, 2 córner – 2 goles de cabeza del defensa Erick Pulgar, con complicidad del cuadro venezolano al dejarlo cabecear solo en el área sin marca alguna que le incomodara.

La Vinotinto esta básicamente en una red de mate, aunque matemáticamente no esta eliminada, la práctica y realidad es otra, La Roja resurgió como el fénix y vuelve a estar en la lucha por su cupo al mundial.

Uruguay por su parte marco un gol de la honra tras un tiro libre bien ejecutado por el pistolero Luis Suarez, la celeste se mantiene en el 5to lugar con 16 puntos, aún con grandes posibilidades de estar en el venidero mundial, pero sus rivales se acercan silentemente por lo que una nueva derrota los dejaría prácticamente contra las cuerdas en el tramo final de la eliminatoria.
