Ejercicios de calentamiento

  • Seguimos con el proceso de calentamiento del cuerpo, el cual es beneficioso para evitar lesiones, aen ese sentido aplicaremos acciones, simulando la postura el Perro Boca Abajo o Adho Mukha Svanasana, la cual fortalece los músculos de la espalda, el cuello, los hombros y el abdomen, igualmente con ella estiramos toda la cadena posterior de nuestro cuerpo; espalda, hombros, glúteos, isquiotibiales y los gemelos, es decir obtendremos durante este proceso de calentamiento excelentes resultados:

  • Iniciamos realizando estiramiento de piernas hacia atrás y a los lados, lo cual contribuye con el equilibrio, flexibilidad y resistencia corporal, tonificándose la columna vertebral, espalda, cuello, isquiotibiales, abdomen, piernas y brazos, igualmente se recomienda realizar respiraciones frecuentes durante dichos ejercicios.
