Bienvenido todos a mi blog, en especial a los amantes del deporte, el automovilismo, la comunidad Full Deportes y lectores en general. Hoy les traigo mi primera publicación en esta comunidad, la cual se trata de la previa de una carrera de mi categoría Estadounidense favorita en lo que carros tipo Stock se refiere, la cual se conocer como NASCAR. La carrera esta denominada con el nombre Quaker State 400, competencia que se llevará a cabo en la pista de Atlanta Motor Speedway. Esta es la fecha número 23 de 26 en lo que a la temporada regular de la NASCAR Cup Series, siendo esta la serie principal de las divisiones nacionales, que en realidad son tres, pero hoy me voy a concentrar en la serie ya antes mencionada, sin embargo para futuras carreras espero traerles de las otras dos.
Welcome everyone to my blog, especially to the lovers of sports, motorsports, the Full Deportes community and readers in general. Today I bring you my first publication in this community, which is a preview of a race of my favorite American category as far as Stock cars are concerned, which is known as NASCAR. The race is called Quaker State 400, competition that will be held at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. This is date number 23 of 26 in the regular season of the NASCAR Cup Series, being this the main series of the national divisions, which actually are three, but today I will focus on the series mentioned above, however for future races I hope to bring you the other two.
La carrera se llevará a cabo el domingo 11 de Julio del presente año a las 3:30pm ET de los Estados Unidos en la pista de Atlanta Motor Speedway como ya les había mencionado. Esta carrera me parece que será muy interesante y entretenido, ya que esta pista es bastante demandante debido a que la misma nunca he sido mejorada en su superficie de concreto, lo cual las llantas tienen un mayor desgaste y por ende el auto puede tener un comportamiento en un momento de la carrera y luego cambiar por lo cual tanto los pilotos como los equipos deben estar atentos, para así hacer los cambios necesarios en el balance del auto. Otra cosa que es relevante es las grietas que tiene la superficie de la pista, que estas suelen hacer que los autos brinquen y por tanto el auto se des balancea lo cual puede hacer que los pilotos se despisten, sin embargo debido al talento y a los años que la pista esta en ese estado los pilotos están acostumbrado, hasta ya les gustas el estado de la pista pero otros ya piden que se mejore. En mi opinión creo que por seguridad el circuito debe tener un cambio más que todo por la seguridad de los conductores ya que al haber un mayor desgate de llantas, un neumático puede estallar y causar un accidente y ya sabemos que debido a las altas velocidades y lo cercano que se encuentran los autos unos de los otros, lo cual tienden a ocasionar terribles accidente pero gracias a la seguridad de los autos implementada por la organización, esto no ha pasado a mayores en los últimos años.
The race will be held on Sunday, July 11 of this year at 3:30pm ET in the United States at the Atlanta Motor Speedway as I mentioned before. I think this race will be very interesting and entertaining, as this track is quite demanding due to the fact that it has never been improved in its concrete surface, which the tires have a higher wear and therefore the car can have a behavior at a time of the race and then change so both drivers and teams must be attentive, in order to make the necessary changes in the balance of the car. Another thing that is relevant is the cracks in the surface of the track, these usually make the cars jump and therefore the car is unbalanced which can make the drivers get lost, however due to the talent and the years that the track is in that state the drivers are used to it, they even like the state of the track but others are already asking for an improvement. In my opinion I think that for safety reasons the circuit should have a change more than anything else for the safety of the drivers since there is a greater wear of tires, a tire can explode and cause an accident and we already know that due to the high speeds and how close the cars are to each other, which tend to cause terrible accidents but thanks to the safety of the cars implemented by the organization, this has not happened to major in recent years.

Para esta carrera veo Favorito a los pilotos de Hendrick Motorsports, principalmente a los autos #5 en conducción de Kyle Larson y el #9 de Chase Elliott quien es el reciente campeón 2020 de la serie. El 5 es quien ha ganado la mayor cantidad de carrera este año con 4, seguido del piloto MARTIN TRUEX, JR #19 con 3 y Elliot con tiene dos victorias. Sin embargo esto en NASCAR no representa mucho ya que es una categoría bastante pareja donde el comportamiento del auto más el talento del piloto siempre juega un papel importante y más en una categoría donde los pilotos y equipos están cambiando cosas en el auto para mejorar el balance del mismo, por ende para que este tenga el mejor rendimiento posible y así optar por la victoria de la carrera.
For this race I see the Hendrick Motorsports drivers as favorites, mainly the #5 car driven by Kyle Larson and the #9 of Chase Elliott who is the recent 2020 champion of the series. The #5 has won the most races this year with 4, followed by MARTIN TRUEX driver, #19 JR with 3 and Elliott with has two wins. However, in NASCAR this does not represent much since it is a very even category where the behavior of the car plus the talent of the driver always plays an important role and more in a category where drivers and teams are changing things in the car to improve the balance of the car, so that it has the best possible performance and thus opt for the victory of the race.
Otro de los pilotos que veo como favorito para alzarse con la victoria es el piloto de auto #18 Kyle Busch del equipo JOE GIBBS RACING, quien este año a tenido dos victorias pero no solo por eso, sino que es el piloto más talentoso aunque no es tan querido por los fans. Ahora bien, un piloto que siempre ha sido dominante en eventos anteriores en Atlanta Motor Speedway es KEVIN HARVICK #4 de Haas Racing quien no esta teniendo la mejor temporada y aún no ha logrado una victoria por lo cual debe estar más motivado en lograrlo y también se encuentra peleando su pase a los PlayOff lo cual es una motivación extra, ya que si se logra por lo menos una victoria, se aseguraría su pase y por ende tendría la oportunidad de pelear por el campeonato de la temporada 2021 de NASCAR Cup Series.
Another driver that I see as a favorite to win is the #18 Kyle Busch of JOE GIBBS RACING, who this year has had two victories but not only that, he is the most talented driver although he is not so well liked by the fans. Now, a driver who has always been dominant in previous events at Atlanta Motor Speedway is KEVIN HARVICK #4 of Haas Racing who is not having the best season and has not yet achieved a victory so he should be more motivated to achieve it and he is also fighting his pass to the PlayOff which is an extra motivation, because if he gets at least one victory, he would secure his pass and therefore would have the opportunity to fight for the championship of the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season.
Al la pista ser difícil debido a las condiciones actuales creo que pueden haber varias accidentes, ya sean por choques, despistes de los pilotos, por pinchar una llantas por el alto desgaste de la superficie de la pista y otros aspectos, ocasionarían varias banderas amarillas por lo cual los equipos deben estar muy atentos y en contacto muy seguido con los pilotos para hacerle los retoques necesarios a los autos y así mejorar su rendimiento. NASCAR es una categoría bastante difícil por el motivo que el auto puede tener un comportamiento al inicio de carrera y ya a la mitad esto puede cambiar, por lo cual siempre se deben hacer los ajustes necesarios y creo que en este evento es aun más importante.
As the track is difficult due to the current conditions, I believe there could be several accidents, either due to crashes, driver's misplaced, flat tires due to the high wear of the track surface and other aspects, which would cause several yellow flags, so the teams must be very attentive and in contact with the drivers very often to make the necessary adjustments to the cars and thus improve their performance. NASCAR is a very difficult category for the reason that the car can have a behavior at the beginning of the race and by the middle it can change, so you must always make the necessary adjustments and I think that in this event it is even more important.

Este evento creo que será muy interesante y entretenido, donde tendremos mucha acción ya sea en la pista por parte de los pilotos debido a las condiciones de la pista que ya les mencione, además que los equipos deben están muy concentrados para hacer el mejor trabajo posible y así darle un auto decento a sus pilotos para que estos realicen el mejor trabajo posible. Entre mis 5 pilotos favoritos para esta carrera les tengo a KYLE LARSON #5, CHASE ELLIOTT #9, KYLE BUSCH #18, MARTIN TRUEX, JR #19 y KEVIN HARVICK #4, pero el que veo más viable para alzarse con la victoria es el piloto del auto número 5, sin embargo en NASCAR nunca debemos descartar a otros pilotos ya que incluso aquel que salga de la última posición al inicio de la carrera puede ganar, por diversos motivos, ya que las carreras pueden pasar muchas cosas como banderas amarillas que hacen que los autos se acerquen unos a los otros, además de la importancia de la estrategias de los Pits, por lo cual no solo el piloto es quien cumple un papel importante en las carreras, también los mecánicos que deben hacer su trabajo en las paradas y el Jefe del equipo quien debe armar la estrategia además de los cambios pertinentes en el auto. En fin, creo que esta carrera puede tener varias banderas amarillas lo cual los equipos y pilotos deben estar muy atentos.
This event I think will be very interesting and entertaining, where we will have a lot of action either on the track by the drivers due to the track conditions that I already mentioned, plus the teams must be very focused to do the best job possible and give a decent car to their drivers so they can do the best job possible. Among my 5 favorite drivers for this race I have KYLE LARSON #5, CHASE ELLIOTT #9, KYLE BUSCH #18, MARTIN TRUEX, JR #19 and KEVIN HARVICK #4, but the one I see more viable to win is the driver of car number 5, however in NASCAR we should never rule out other drivers because even the one who starts from the last position at the beginning of the race can win, for various reasons, Since the races can happen many things like yellow flags that make the cars get closer to each other, besides the importance of the pit strategies, so not only the driver is who plays an important role in the races, also the mechanics who must do their job in the pit stops and the crew chief who must put together the strategy in addition to the relevant changes in the car. In short, I think this race may have several yellow flags which teams and drivers must be very attentive.
