Éste fin de semana pasado logramos clasificar a la semifinal, venciendo al equipo las delicias en la ronda de 3-2. Al principio ellos ganaron el primer juego 6 carreras por 5, en el segundo juego logramos ganar 5 carreras a 1 y el último juego de la ronda ganamos 6 carreras por 0. Obteniendo así la victoria para pasar a la semifinal.

This past weekend we managed to qualify for the semifinal, defeating the delights team in the round 3-2. At the beginning they won the first game 6 races by 5, in the second game we managed to win 5 races to 1 and the last game of the round we won 6 races by 0. Thus obtaining the victory to go to the semifinal.

Es bueno mencionar lo que he venido hablando en otras publicaciones sobre la importancia del estiramiento antes y después de cualquier actividad física. Antes de iniciar el partido nos dividimos en grupos de 3 para hacer los calentamientos necesarios y lanzamientos leves con la pelota a corta distancia.
It is good to mention what I have been talking about in other publications about the importance of stretching before and after any physical activity. Before starting the game we divided into groups of 3 to do the necessary warm-ups and light throws with the ball at close range.
Después de 10 minutos comenzó el partido de 7 inning y comenzamos muy bien abriendo el juego y logrando hacer 3 carreras en en primer inning. En el resto del juego se hicieron tres carreras más por parte de nuestro equipo. Los batazos de líneas tendidas hacia el jardín izquierdo y central fueron las que prevalecieron en el juego.
After 10 minutes the 7-inning game began and we started very well by opening the game and managing to make 3 runs in the first inning. In the rest of the game, three more races were made by our team. The hitting of lines stretched to the left and center field were the ones that prevailed in the game.
Algo que motiva mucho son las ovaciones de nuestros familiares y fanáticos, todos se concentran en el juego y están a la expectativa de cada lanzamiento y de cada bateador.
Ésta vez nuestros fanáticos estaban contentos porque las carreras que entraban a Home eran por parte nuestra, el equipo contrario no se rindió y trato de dar lo mejor de sí pero nuestra defensa estuvo genial.
Something that motivates a lot is the ovations of our family members and fans, they all focus on the game and are waiting for each pitch and each batter.
This time our fans were happy because the races that entered Home were on our side, the opposing team did not give up and I tried to do my best but our defense was great.
Al final me tomé una foto con el catcher Francisco Rojas y el Pitcher Carlos Marcano, quienes hicieron un trabajo impecable para dominar al equipo oponente.

Estamos felices de pasar a la semifinal y estamos a la expectativa de que lograremos pasar a la final de éste campeonato.
