Saluďos a la comunidad #fulldeportes por acá me encuentro atendiendo a un reto donde posiblemente llego tarde pero donde de igual manera quise participar. Se trata del reto propuesto por @yusmi y que responde a realizar 365 flexiones para celebrar el 1er año de hive.

No soy deportista sino aficionada al deporte. Practico desde hace más de dos

años senderismo de montaña y complemento con rutinas de entrenamientos como el TRX.

Me ha gustado desde joven mantener estas actividades deportivas aunque, confieso que me aislé de ellas por un tiempo. Aún así, nunca es tarde para retomar.Con potestad puedo dar fe de lo

mucho que impacta sobre la salud mantenerse activa realizando ejercicios variados complementados con una alimentación balanceada.

I can attest to the great impact on health of keeping active by doing varied exercises complemented by a balanced diet.}

Leí el post de la amiga @yusmi donde afirma que hay poco compromiso de las mujeres. Pues, amiga, por acá vengo para acompañarla a usted y a todas las chicas valiente que se atrevieron a participar.
