Hola amigos de #fulldeportes, les saludo enviándole un abrazo en este domingo. El día de hoy me encantaría escribir sobre el triunfo obtenido por la selección venezolana frente a su similar de ecuador. Como todos sabemos la selección de Venezuela venia teniendo una mal racha en los últimos partidos oficiales y de eliminatorias, tanto así que las posibilidades matemáticas del conjunto venezolano son casi nulas para obtener un boleto a la cita mundialista de Qatar.

Casi al finalizar los minutos de alargue del primer tiempo, la defensa de la selección venezolana comete una falta por la banda izquierda aun jugador ecuatoriano cerca del área. La oncena ecuatoriana cobra el tiro libre con un centro sobre el área venezolana que ningún defensor venezolano logra despejar y la pelota es cabeceada por el jugador ecuatoriano Moisés Caicedo y que logra anotar un gol que debió ser revisado por VAR para determinar si existía algún tipo de fuera de lugar como lo sentencio el árbitro de la banda derecha. Pasado unos minutos se determinó que existió fuera de juego para el ataque ecuatoriano y así de esta manera se irían al descanso con empate que beneficio más a la oncena venezolana.

El triunfo resulta muy beneficioso para la selección venezolana, ya que tenía casi un año sin conseguir ganar algún partido oficial, como ya lo he dicho las posibilidades de Venezuela de obtener un boleto a la cita mundialista es prácticamente ninguna. Venezuela ha empezado un nuevo proceso en las manos del director interino Leonardo Gonzales que poco a poco ha venido engranando y amoldando a jugadores para que sean la generación de relevo que permita a la selección venezolana poder soñar con estar presente en una cita mundialista. La mirada se está fijando en el próximo proceso eliminatorio camino al mundial de 2026.

Ya sin opciones de clasificar al mundial de Qatar la oncena venezolana debe de trabajar en lo que resta de eliminatoria en conformar un grupo unido y que sea cohesionado, para poder magnificar momentos como lo vivido en el día de hoy frente al conjunto ecuatoriano. Venezuela debe trabajar en reforzar una identidad táctica y técnica que comenzó en el año 2000 y es necesario mantener regularidad en los resultados. Demás está decir que hay jugadores de calidad para lograr el objetivo, Venezuela como nunca tiene una cantidad de jugadores en diferentes ligas del planeta, inclusive en las mejores ligas del mundo como la Liga Española, la Liga Premier, la Bundes Liga. Esto hace más de 22 años era impensable, ver jugadores venezolanos con una gran calidad que fueran figuras en sus equipos extranjeros. Creo que el sueño es posible si se articula un buen proyecto entre la dirección técnica y la federación venezolana de fútbol que permita la preparación necesaria y así por fin cumplir el gran sueño de asistir a un mundial de fútbol esta vez en la máxima categoría.
