Para compartir hoy diseñé una rutina para fortalecer brazos y espalda, pero le incluí una variante que fue realizarla con las rodillas un poco flexionadas para que aprovechemos y pongamos a trabajar las piernas y brazos así como también los músculos abdominales.
To share today I designed a routine to strengthen arms and back, but I included a variation which was to perform it with the knees a little bent so that we take advantage and put to work the legs and arms as well as the abdominal muscles.
Para esta rutina realicé 3 de 15 repeticiones para cada ejercicio. En el vídeo está detallado cada uno para que puedas usarlo como guía y ejercitarte desde casa.
