Coupled with the many health benefit associated with the two soups, most of our traditional food are mostly swallow, the slimy effect of this soups make it more easy to drown the semi-soild foods. This is also my Entry into the OCD community boost contest organized by @ocdb, and this week they are highlighting Foodbeehive community. So we are required to write and show how to prepare our traditional soup.
