Herkese merhabaaa!!

Umarım iyisinizdir ya da iyi olmaya çalışıyorsunuzdur. Ben oldukça iyiyim. Moral ve fiziki olarak daha iyi durumdayım. Hatta bunun birkaç sebebi var tabii ve bunlardan birisi kısa zaman önce, geçtiğimiz cumartesi @itismeshin ile buluşmuş olmamız.

Ayrıca bir de üzerine güzel yemekler yiyip harika içeceklerle günü taçlandırmamız her şeye bedel. Kız kardeşim dediğiniz biri ile vakit geçirmek her zaman güzeldir değil mi?

Hâlâ İstanbul'a Silivri kadar uzak olmayan bir yerde kaldığım için ulaşımım biraz daha kolay oldu. İnternet üzerinde biraz araştırma yaparken buraya çok yakın bir duraktan direkt Taksim'e giden bir otobüs gördüm ve onunla yaklaşık 1 saat 10 dakika kadar süren bir yolculuğa çıktım. Shin'in bana attığı konumu kolayca buldum. Aslında haritayı düzgün incelerseniz rahatlıkla bulabileceğiniz bir yer.

Oldukça merkezi bir yerde ve size içerisini gösteremesem bile Shin iç dizaynını çok güzel yapmış. Tekrar ellerine sağlık. Biraz sonra oradan çıkınca yolumuzu daha önceden kararlaştırdığımız bir kafeye çevirdik. Bu kafe Beşiktaş'taydı. Blum.

Oldukça şirin ve otantik bir kafeydi. İç dizaynına bayıldım fakat tek eksiği prizdi. Fiyat olarak da gayet uygundu. Tam o sırada hatta Shin'in tanıtım yazısına başlayacakken laptopunun şarjının az olduğunu ve çevrede de bir priz olmadığını fark ettik.

Ben bir kırmızı meyveli bir milkshake sipariş ederken Shin bir iced latte sipariş etti. Başlangıçta hatta benimkinin kırmızı meyveler yerine çikolatalı olduğunu düşündü renginden dolayı fakat tadına bakınca böğürtlenin daha yoğun bir tada sahip olduğunu hissedince renge hak verdim.

Buradan sonra ise çevrede bakınırken, daha sessiz ve sakin bir kafe arıyorduk, B Blok isimli bir kafe bulduk. Ne yazık ki biz oturur oturma kafe doldu taştı. Hatta girişte birilerinin kalkmasını bekleyenler dahi oldu.

Burada Shin'in yazısını tamamladık. Tanıtım postunu buradan bulabilirsiniz. Derken aklıma yolda giderken karşılaştığımız sahaf geldi. İkimiz de kitapları sevdiğimizden olsa gerek içeri damladık hemen.

Diyojen Sahaf, ismi çok güzel. İçeride harika kitaplar olsa dahi fiyatları biraz fazla buldum ben ama bu sanırım benim fiyat algımla ilgili de olabilir. Nadir Kitap gibi sitelerle kıyaslamak gibi kötü bir alışkanlığım var.

Örneğin bu kitabın kökeni Mahabharata'ya dayandığı için ayrı bir ilgimi çekti fakat almak istemedim çünkü çok pahalıydı.

Gördüğünüz içeceklerle ilgili aslında tatlı bir anımız da oldu. Ben gördüğünüz kırmızı içeceği, Shin ise sarı içeceği sipariş etmişti. Daha sonrasında birbirimizin içeceğini tadınca aslında bir diğerininkini daha çok beğendik ve hemen içecekleri değiştirdik. Bu tarz anıları çok seviyorum.

Burada birlikte güzel sohbetler eşliğinde yazı yazdıktan sonra karnımız acıktı ve bir şeyler yeme kararı aldık. Bizim favorimiz olan Uzak Doğu mutfağına doğru adımladık. Konoha. Oldukça lezzetliydi. Suşi harikaydı ama wasabisi hiç de acı değildi. Sadece bir noktada ucuna rendelenmiş zencefil geldiği için neredeyse ölecektim 😂 ama 2 saniye sonra yine kendime geldim.

Yanına ise Tavuklu Udon söyledik. Bu da oldukça lezzetliydi. Ben her ne kadar porsiyonun bir noktada küçük olduğunu düşünsem de Shin gayet uygun olduğunu söyledi.

Daha sonrasında birlikte bir tatlıcıda tatlı yedik. Orada fotoğraf çekmeyi unutmuşum ne yazık ki ama ikimiz de beğenmedik desem yeridir. Gecenin sonunda ise saat benim oldukça ilerlediğinden ayrıldık. Umarım kısa zamanda tekrar buluşabiliriz.

Bugünlük de benden bu kadar. Shin ile harika vakit geçirmemek imkânsız ve dolu dolu yaşadığımız her dakika beni mutlu ediyor. Bir sonraki buluşmada görüşmek üzere. Belki sizinle bir kafe serisi oluştururuz. Sevdiğim bir içerik ve öyle her kafeyi de kolay kolay beğenmem. Kulağa kötü gelmedi.

I hope you are well or are trying to be well. I am quite alright. In fact, there are a few reasons for this, and one of them is that we recently met with @itismeshin last Saturday.

In addition, the fact that we crowned the day with good food and great drinks is worth everything. It's always nice to spend time with someone you call your sister, isn't it?

Since I was still staying in a place not as far away from Istanbul as Silivri, it was a bit easier for me to get around. While doing some research on the internet, I saw a bus going directly to Taksim from a stop very close to here and I took a journey that lasted about 1 hour and 10 minutes. I easily found the location that Shin sent me. In fact, if you examine the map properly, it is a place you can easily find.

It's in a very central location and even though I can't show you the inside, Shin has done a very nice interior design. Thanks to her efforts again. After a while, when we got out of there, we turned our way to a cafe that we had decided before. This cafe was in Beşiktaş. Blum.

It was a very cosy and authentic cafe. I loved the interior design, but the only thing missing was the power socket. The price was also very reasonable. Just then, when we were about to start Shin's introduction post, we realised that her laptop was low on charge and there was no power socket in the nearby area.

Shin ordered an iced latte while I ordered a red berry milkshake. Initially, she even thought that mine was chocolate instead of red berries because of the colour, but when I tasted it, I agreed with the colour as I felt that the blackberry had a more intense taste.

After that, while we were looking around the neighbourhood, we were looking for a quieter and calmer cafe, we found a cafe called B Blok. Unfortunately, the cafe was packed as soon as we sat down. There were even some people waiting for someone to get up at the entrance.

We've completed Shin's post here. You can find the introduction post here. Then I recalled the bookshop we came across on the way. Since we both love books, we immediately jumped in.

Diyojen Sahaf, the name is very nice. Even though there are great books inside, I found the prices a bit high, but I think this may be related to my price perception. I have a bad habit of comparing with sites like Nadir Kitap.

For example, I was particularly interested in this book because it was based on the Mahabharata, but I didn't want to buy it because it was too expensive.

We actually had a sweet memory about the drinks you see. I ordered the red drink you see and Shin ordered the yellow drink. Later, when we tasted each other's drinks, we actually liked each other's drink more and we immediately switched them. I love this kind of memories very much.

After writing here with pleasant conversations, we were hungry and decided to have something to eat. We stepped towards our favourite East Asian cuisine, Konoha. It was quite delicious. The sushi was great, but the wasabi was not bitter at all. Only at one point I almost died because of the grated ginger at the end 😂 but after 2 seconds I came to my senses again.

We ordered Chicken Udon with chicken, which was also very tasty. Although I thought the portion was small at some point, Shin said it was quite appropriate.

Afterwards, we ate dessert together in a dessert shop. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo there, but I can say that neither of us liked it. At the end of the night, we left as it was getting quite late. I hope we can meet again soon.

That's all from me for today. It is impossible not to have a great time with Shin and every minute we live to the fullest makes me happy. See you at the next meeting. Maybe we can create a cafe series with you. It's a content I like and I don't like every cafe easily. It doesn't sound bad.
