Am 03. Oktober stand mal wieder ein Feiertag an und wir haben überlegt, was wir da machen könnten.
Bereits im letzten Jahr waren wir einmal im Toverland-Vergnügungspark in der Nähe von Venlo (Niederlande). Da der Feiertag nur auf unserer Seite der Grenze war und unsere Nachbarn, die Holländer, einen normalen Werktag hatten, haben wir gehofft, dass wir dort gut aufgehoben sind für diesen Tag.

Am Nachmittag haben wir uns auf der Terrasse eines Lokals gemütlich gemacht und mir fiel natürlich direkt die Bierkarte ins Auge. Von der Karte hatte ich mir dann das „Magical Beer“ ausgesucht. Ein Bier, das speziell für den Park gebraut, bzw. abgefüllt wird. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Blonde Bier.

Im Glas macht sich das Bier sehr gut. Meine Schwiegermutter war zwar der Meinung, das die Schaumkrone nicht sehr lange hält, dafür bleibt aber ein kleiner Schaumrest bis zum letzten Schluck und macht das Bier schön cremig, so wie ein Blonde sein muss.
Vom Geschmack her ist auch nicht einzuwenden. Ein solides Bier ohne Schnickschnack und Gedöns. Lecker!
