This time the turn has come to Abbaye D’aulne from Belgium. I tasted their Christmas Triple Ale.
When I opened the bottle a familiar the smell of beer appeared... and foam! A lot of foam with a caramel color!
When I pore the beer up it was almost only foam that made an impressive crown! It's a medium-dark beer that has the taste of fruit ace, apricot, citrus chocolate, and nuts.
Christmas Triple Ale is a little darker beer so I recommend it to lamb, beef, or by itself in company with some good friends.
