RE: Beer Tasting: Perlenbacher Hefeweissbier and Paulaner Weissbier

It tastes a little different because there is less barley and more wheat. They tend to be sweeter beers with banana and clove flavours, some with more of that flavour, some with less. I think the most famous wheat beer is Paulaner.
