I'm at home, in full working condition, but this post is from my previous vacation at Saint Spirit Beach, island of Pag, Croatia.
A friend of mine came with a few 24-can packs of beer to my place and, we taste these beers, of course.
Landgraf Premium Schankbier
Brewed by Privatbrauerei Egger, Unterradlberg, Austria. Can, 0.5 l, alcohol 4.3% ABV. So, regarding the alcohol is a light beer, which immediately means less bitterness and flavor than classic lager.
The beer is a clear yellow color, with a small white head that disappears quickly. Yeah, the beer was cold and the first sip, it went very smoothly through the throat, the bitterness of the hops very little, and in the end even that quickly disappeared.
The beer is drinkable and refreshing because it was cold.
Light lager I would say. Beer for parties, if chilled and in large quantities. Especially because is cheap, less than 0.50€ a can.
Well, my friend Tadej still stayed at sea. When we went home he had two more packs of these cans. We are coming back at the end of the week. I'm just wondering if he has anything left? 😎
