Hello beer tasters!
Welcome to German beers today.
I have two cans, one is German Quality beer and another Original German beer. I can't wait to try this German quality, bought from the cheap Italian food chain Eurospin :)
Bergerdorf
Brewed by Holsten-Brauerei, Hamburg, Germany.
Can, 0.5 l, alcohol 4.5% ABV. Pilsener, they say premium German Quality beer.
Great, let's taste!
The beer is light yellow in color, a little foamy and fuzzy in the first sip. Yes, it feels like hops, it smells of malt and corn, I feel like it's slightly watery.
In short, I won't be long, nothing special.
Gralsburg
Brewed by commercial brewery Oettinger Bier Gruppe, Oettingen, Germany.
Original German beer they say, can, 0.5 l, alcohol 4.5%, Pilsener.
Clear and golden color with minimal foam head. Grainy. Light body. Aqueous. Mild, malty and bready taste. Some herbal aroma and bitter finish at the end.
Of course, I didn't expect miracles from beer purchased at Eurospin. Both beers are drinkable but nothing special. If I already have to choose for my fridge I would choose Gralsburg.
What am I listening to? One German progressive psychedelic band, the pioneers of krautrock, if anyone knows it, every honor.
Although the piece is not suitable for today's very sunny, almost summer day, it's simply good. Classic.
