Saludos amigos cerveceros y justicieros! Para este #BeerSAturday les traigo una cerveza que considero una de las joyas ocultas en el mundo de cerveceros artesanales venezolanos.
Esta cerveza es una perteneciente al estilo Blonde Ale y es hecha por un par de cerveceros que han nombrado a su cervecería Gavilán.
Así que hoy les presento a la cerveza Gavilán estilo Blonde Ale

Greetings fellow brewers and righteous friends! For this #BeerSAturday I bring you a beer that I consider one of the hidden gems in the world of Venezuelan craft brewers.
This beer belongs to the Blonde Ale style and is made by a few brewers named their brewery Gavilán.
So today I present to you the Gavilán Blonde Ale-style beer.
Hace un par de años, se hizo una feria con cerveceros artesanales de la ciudad de Caracas, en ese evento todos llevamos nuestras mejores cervezas para hablar sobre ellas es intercambiar información sobre el mundo cervecero. Imaginen una reunión de padres y representantes de un colegio: todos hablando muy bien de sus hijos en una lucha de orgullo y ego... pero cervecero y en buena onda.
En ese evento habían muchos estilos, desde el más experimental hasta los más convencionales sy clásicos, algunos, muy fuertes para el paladar y a medida de ir probando y probando más se iban cansando nuestras papilas gustativas, he aquí cuando llegan los salvadores de cervecería Gavilán.
A couple of years ago, there was a fair with craft brewers in the city of Caracas, in that event we all brought our best beers to talk about them and exchange information about the brewing world. Imagine a meeting of parents and representatives of a school: all speaking very well of their children in a fight of pride and ego ... but brewing and in good vibes.
At that event, there were many styles, from the most experimental to the most conventional and classic, some of them very strong for the palate, and as we tasted and tasted more and more, our taste buds got tired, that's when the saviors of Gavilán brewery arrived.
Su cerveza es una clásica Blonde Ale de libro pero con un toque de frescura y notas cítricas dulces que se convirtieron en el Santo grial de aquellos ya ebrios maestros cerveceros.
Al ser una cerveza Blonde Ale, no puede esconder nada! es decir, me refiero a que si algo salió mal en la preparación... No se puede ocultar con más sabores o aromas o escénicas. Es una cerveza que no guarda secretos.
Esta Gavilán es todo lo que puedes esperar de una buena Blone Ale:
Refrescante
Bajo amargor
Cuerpo Ligero
Aroma cítrico y frutal
Sabor a malta y maíz
Acompañada de un amargor bastante ligero pero sabroso, esta Gavilán es ideal para compartir y disfrutar de buenas comidas o momentos ya que debido a su frescura y cuerpo ligero, puedes beberte todas las que quieras sin cansarte!
Their beer is a classic textbook Blonde Ale but with a touch of freshness and sweet citrus notes that became the Holy Grail of those already inebriated brewmasters.
Being a Blonde Ale, it can't hide anything! I mean, I mean, if something went wrong in the preparation... You can't hide it with more flavors or aromas or scenics. It's a beer that keeps no secrets.

Mas bien tienen un diseño más rural representada por un burro en una costa, algo que me pareció bastante gracioso y que motiva a unas buenas jornadas de debate acerca del por qué se llama Gavilán pero tiene a un burro, pero qué hace ese burro en la playa?
In its image, despite being called Gavilán, like the bird. Rather they have a more rural design represented by a donkey on a coast, something that I found quite funny and that motivates a good debate about why it is called Gavilan but has a donkey, but what is that donkey doing on the beach?
Me ha costado conseguir a esta cerveza pero por fin lo he logrado y recordado lo buena que es!
