Hace un par de dias se celebró en mi país el día de las madres, así que fue una excelente oportunidad para internarme, justificadamente, en la casa de mis padres y así disfrutar de su amor y de buenas cervezas.
Ellos estaban felices, mi padre con sus eternas historias de playas y pescas en su natal pueblo costero en Venezuela, mi madre, preparando aquella comida que yo tanto agradecía y disfrutaba en épocas universitarias, aunque en proporciones algo exageradas. Supongo que el amor de madre no mide en cantidades al tratarse de comida.
Así que después de un buen almuerzo patrocinado por mi madre, es momento de descubrir a esta MUNICH HELLES.
A couple of days ago Mother's Day was celebrated in my country, so it was an excellent opportunity to justifiably go to my parents' house and enjoy their love and good beers.
They were happy, my father with his eternal stories of beaches and fishing in his native coastal town in Venezuela, my mother, preparing that food that I so much appreciated and enjoyed in college times, although in somewhat exaggerated proportions. I guess that mother's love does not measure in quantities when it comes to food.
So after a good lunch sponsored by my mother, it's time to discover this MUNICH HELLES.

Es una cerveza con notas dulces con un sabor a maltas muy pero muy sabroso, tiene una hermosa espuma blanca que la acompaña y un color dorado claro muy sexy y bronceado.
Su carbonatación es media y bastante refrescante, así que es ideal para cualquier momento, su sensación en boca es de cuerpo medio, bastante maltoso.
Su aroma es dulce y un poco afrutado que me sorprendió gratamente ya que esperaba algo más neutro o ausente, pero esta cerveza tiene su carácter y se le respeta por eso.
Su amargor es muy bajo y en ningún momento opaca al sabor de la malta que es el predominante en este estilo.
It is a beer with sweet notes with a very but very tasty malt flavor, it has a beautiful white foam that accompanies it and a very sexy and tan light golden color.
Its carbonation is medium and quite refreshing, so it is ideal for any time, its mouthfeel is medium bodied, quite malty.
Its aroma is sweet and a bit fruity which pleasantly surprised me as I was expecting something more neutral or absent, but this beer has its character and is respected for that.
Its bitterness is very low and at no time overshadows the malt flavor that is predominant in this style
Definitivamente las cervezas hechas por la cervecería Peregrina tienen esa influencia de la vieja y nueva escuela alemana pero traídas al caribe, poco a poco han dado a conocer sus diferentes estilos y han sido recibidas con gran aprobación por aquel público como yo, siempre esta en la búsqueda de conocer aún más sobre este mundo y tener nuevas experiencias cerveceras.
Definitely the beers made by Peregrina brewery have that influence of the old and new German school but brought to the Caribbean. Little by little they have made known their different styles and have been received with great approval by that public like me, who is always in search of knowing even more about this world and have new beer experiences.

Después de probarla junto a mi padre, quien se muestra interesado en estilos de los que le hablo y en técnicas de elaboración, pese a que su respuesta siempre será "está buena y esta fría" voy a aquel balcón de casa de mis padres y saco algunas fotos hasta que escucho aquel grito maternal desde la cocina, que me llevó a recordar aquellas tardes de travesuras con los amigos, diciendo: Deja a las plantas en paz!
Fué un momento de risas y de agradecimiento por aún poder disfrutar cervezas e historias a su lado, así que dicho encuentro fué doblemente refrescante, tanto para el paladar como para el alma

After tasting it with my father, who is interested in the styles I talk about and brewing techniques, although his answer will always be "it's good and cold" I go to that balcony of my parents' house and take some pictures until I hear that maternal shout from the kitchen, which led me to remember those afternoons of mischief with friends, saying: Leave the plants alone!
It was a moment of laughter and gratitude for still being able to enjoy beers and stories at his side, so this meeting was doubly refreshing, both for the palate and for the soul.
