last summer I made a trip to the Allgäu. Its the southernmost region in Germany and inculdes the Lake Constance, Oberstdorf and castle Neuschwanstein. Known as the land of lakes, castles and natural monuments with the Allgäu Alps with beautiful nature, clear air and the rural landscape.
This is the home of the Allgäuer Büble Beer, known as the the Alpine beer. I tasted and fell in love.
It has a deep golden color structure with brilliance and slightly reddish color complexes. The traditional beer from the Allgäu is crowned by a lush head of foam. The interplay of caramel-like impressions, a subtle hop bitterness in the initial taste and nutty-spicy aromas in the body point to the regional hops used and the selected special malts. This successful combination brings a pleasantly warm mouthfeel in the finish.
With an alcohol content of 5.5 vol% you should take care about how many bottles or in the Beer Garden Maß ( 1 Liter ) you drink😀.
