Mammut paw print for BeerSaturday week 364

Mammut Brewery, The Beer Factory, was founded in May 2018 in Niksic, a Montenegrin town widely known for Niksic beer.
For the location of the brewery, a city with a long tradition of beer production was chosen, with the desire to offer quality products from this city to the citizens of Montenegro, the beer drinkers.
The inspiration for the name Mammut was obtained from the desire to associate this quality beer with the symbol of a mystical and strong being from ancient times.
Mammut draws the power and quality of its products from its own water source, from a depth of 78 meters. This is the only brewery in Montenegro that has its own source of water for beer production, and perhaps that distinguishes it from all the others.
When brewing its craft beer, Mammut focuses on quality, not quantity, and works according to German beer quality laws that are over 500 years old, according to which only four ingredients can be found in beer: water, barley malt, hops and yeast.

There are no additives or preservatives added to Mammut beer, it is an unpasteurized, unfiltered, completely natural beer with a high amount of B vitamins.
Raw materials for production are procured in Austria and Germany (malt and yeast), while hops are procured from all over the world.
The monthly production capacity of the brewery is about 25,000 liters of beer, which they produce in 12 fermenters with a capacity of 2,000 liters each.

The first craft beer made in this brewery was Pilsner, and in the following years the brewery would include 12 more types of beer in its production: Kolsch beer (a light Mediterranean beer with a lower percentage of alcohol), Hoppy lager Mosaic, Indian Pale Ale, American Pale Ale, Wheat beer, Black beer, Stout beer, fruity Ale with raspberry and pineapple...

In one market, I found a Pilsner, as well as a Hoopy Lager and I will present those two beers to you in this week's #BeerSaturday challenge

Pilsner Lager VS Hoppy lager

Both beers have a nice yellow color, the foam is a little more generous on the hopped beer, in which fragrant and tasty citrus notes predominate.

I could not comment on the rest 😆
Both beers were perfectly chilled, and you can imagine how they pleased me, considering that the temperature outside was above 35°C.
Both bottles were drunk almost to the brim 😁
The water from the 80m deep mountain spring quenched my thirst, and the hops additionally refreshed me with their citrus note.

*Thanks to Mammut for this refresh. *
Now I have to look for the other styles of this brewery, because these two beers that I drank are highly recommended.

Thank you for stopping by my post and I hope you enjoyed the photos and the beer I shared with you
