My lovely girlfriend purchased for me my very first homebrew kit and I thought it only right to document the process for all my #beersaturday friends to see. I made one mistake during the video editing, which was to show when I added the chocolate flavouring. This was done 75-mins into the 90-min boil. Other than that everything went to plan and I'm looking forward to brewing my next batch, which I think will be a nice IPA!
