Enjoying exercising outdoors during Spring-like weather

I’m here in South Eastern United States and it’s getting HOT really early this year. 80 degrees Fahrenheit and roughly 26.6 Celsius. In EARLY March! It’s still supposed to be somewhat chilly for the next month so this false spring brings me great joy but I’m still nervous for a cold snap before our last freeze date.

I was up today browsing on social media but I had the urge to do the things I’ve been really slack on. I finally got outside in the sun for the first time in a couple weeks to work out. It was a short workout only 30-40 minutes but the weather was glorious. I first noticed all the clover everywhere in my backyard. They look so lush and green with their beautiful pink and purple flowers. In between sets, I wandered wherever my attention was pulled to.

I saw several flowering plants around. I couldn’t get good photos of some of them. But I tried my best to capture their delicate flowers.

The bees were zooming everywhere! Enjoying the flowers and the first hints of spring. I really do hope they are doing well. If you’re anything like me, life can sometimes get you down. Unfortunate circumstances pull you every direction. But I find springtime to be a time of healing and growth. So step outside, smell the flowers. Tolerate the pollen if you can.

Here’s a bonus picture of my indoor orchid blooming:

Have a great day and try to do that thing you’ve been avoiding.

Thanks to everyone for reading. And I appreciate you @daltono for motivating me to get up and go for it even when I’m tired.
