Bienvenidos a mi Blog!
Este es el tercer año que hago mi vision board, y la verdad es un ejercicio maravilloso para enfocarme durante el año incluso meditar siempre con intención. Recuerdo que el año antepasado estaba sufriendo mucho con ansiedad y depresión, acababa de emigrar y eran días super fuertes, pero mi visión board estuvo enfocado en herramientas de salud mental, de buscar reconectar conmigo misma y todo eso lo pude superar así que doy fe de lo positivo que es esta actividad.
Un vision board no es solo para plasmar lo que queremos lograr en un nuevo ciclo, también sirve para darnos cuenta de lo que logramos el año anterior y agradecer.

This is the third year that I do my vision board, and the truth is a wonderful exercise to focus during the year and even meditate always with intention. I remember last year I was suffering a lot with anxiety and depression, I had just emigrated and those were super strong days, but my vision board was focused on mental health tools, looking to reconnect with myself and I was able to overcome all that so I can attest to how positive this activity is.
A vision board is not only to capture what we want to achieve in a new cycle, it also serves to realize what we achieved the previous year and be grateful.
Siempre los hago en forma de collage y con materiales reciclados, es una manera divertida y de utilizar los materiales que tengo en casa. Yo son fan de hacer cosas con materiales de desecho, me parece una excelente forma de hacerlo más bonito para mi y poder pegarlo en mi cuarto y tenerlo siempre presente.
I always make them in collage form and with recycled materials, it's a fun way to use the materials I have at home. I'm a fan of making things with scrap materials, I find it a great way to make it prettier for me and be able to stick it in my room and always have it present.

Son referencias que ayudan a estimular la creatividad e incluso te permite soñar sin límites, porque todo lo que tenemos en nuestra mente se puede hacer realidad.

Anteriormente era más específica, esta vez dejé más abiertas las opciones, coloqué frases que me conecten con mis metas, fotografías de lugares que quisiera conocer, experiencias que deseo vivir en este 2024.
En este año engordé mucho, y estoy haciendo las paces con mi cuerpo, así que también coloco imagenes de autocuidado, de ejercicios y de ese empoderamiento que me gustaría tener e inspirar.
Previously I was more specific, this time I left the options more open, I put phrases that connect me with my goals, pictures of places I would like to visit, experiences I want to live in this 2024.
This year I gained a lot of weight, and I am making peace with my body, so I also put images of self-care, exercise and that empowerment that I would like to have and inspire.
Este año me he enfocado mucho en tener compasión conmigo misma, en renacer y creer que todo lo que deseo se hara realidad fruto de mis esfuerzos, así que no pongo límites a mis metas y confío también en el proceso sin sabotearme.
Estoy muy agradecida por lo experimentado, porque hasta los momentos malos nos hacen aprender muchísimo, madurar y valorar la vida. Por eso es muy importante para mi tomarme el tiempo de hacer mi vision board.
This year I have focused a lot on having compassion for myself, on being reborn and believing that everything I desire will come true as a result of my efforts, so I do not put limits to my goals and I also trust in the process without sabotaging myself.
I am very grateful for what I have experienced, because even the bad moments make us learn a lot, mature and value life. That is why it is very important for me to take the time to make my vision board.
