Se imaginan una vida, sin sueños ni metas por cumplir?, sería una vida vaga, algo vacía y desmotivada, tener metas y objetivos bien establecidos, nos ayudan a conducir nuestra vida, hacia el crecimiento personal, hacia ese estado que todos ansiamos de bienestar y satisfacción. Nos ayuda a sentirnos motivados, a levantarnos después de caer, a seguir luchando día a día.
Dicen que cuando uno desea algo con tanta fuerza, el universo conspira a nuestro favor para lograrlo, por eso es importante que todos los días hagamos como una especie de ejercicio mental y recordemos cuáles son nuestras metas, nuestros sueños y aspiraciones. Creo que eso es lo que me gusta de los visión board, porque es como esa herramienta visual que nos permite hacer este ejercicio de una forma más práctica, llenándonos de motivación y de pensamientos positivos para trabajar por ellos.
Cuando me enteré de esta iniciativa, pensé que había llegado en un buen momento de mi vida, porque justamente estoy pasando por ese proceso donde quiero organizarme mejor y retomar todas esas metas que con el tiempo he dejado a un lado, estoy precisamente en ese proceso de reconstrucción de mis objetivos, así que hoy compartir mi visión board con ustedes me hace muy feliz.

I think that's what I like about the vision board, because it's like that visual tool that allows us to do this exercise in a more practical way, filling us with motivation and positive thoughts to work for them.
