The Exquisite Culinary Experience at My Son's Culinary School

It's one thing to go to a top-notch restaurant, but another to see such high-caliber work coming out of a school setting. It makes you look twice and wonder, “Man, these are students?”

The Menu That Wowed Us

First off, the dishes—where do I even begin? We started with a dish that was both simple and complex—the kind of contradiction only food can pull off successfully. Beautiful, tender white asparagus, topped with a velvety hollandaise sauce that perfectly balanced its richness with acidity, paired with a side of finely chopped, smoked salmon that just melted in your mouth. This dish wasn't just eaten; it was experienced.

Then came a main that looked like a painting. Perfectly seared pieces of fish, tender and flaky, alongside a medley of vibrant seafood. Each bite was a fresh dive into the ocean—clean, crisp, and utterly delightful.
