¿Cuántos de nosotros hemos experimentado cambios de trabajo bruscamente? Yo en este momento estoy pasando por esta situación y realmente no es malo, solo que la exigencia es mayor y la dinámica de trabajo es totalmente diferente a la anterior. Han sido dos semana de conocer, escuchar, atender y en oportunidades intervenir, pero al mismo tiempo agota. No obstante, ayer fue uno de eso momentos es los que dije "Lo necesitaba"

I am currently going through this situation and it is not really bad, it is just that the demands are greater and the work dynamics are totally different from before. It has been two weeks of meeting, listening, attending and sometimes intervening, but at the same time it is exhausting. However, yesterday was one of those moments when I said "I needed it".
Tuvimos un tiempo necesario para las mesas de trabajo y temas formativos, la intervención era circular y no un monólogo que también es importante cuidar sobretodo en estos espacios, por otro lado aunque fue una jornada larga que comenzaba a las 8:00am hora de Venezuela y termina a las 4:00pm no se sintió tan pesado por el dinamismo y movimiento del mismo encuentro y tendríamos que preguntarnos ¿Qué somos?
Somos jóvenes y esto siempre debe evidenciarse en el dinamismo, en la fuerza Joven y las ganas de construir así no se tenga las herramientas. Los adultos antes de construir piensan en los recursos, el joven en su fuerza. Sus distintas maneras pero un mismo fin y eso debemos conservarlo, teniendo en cuenta la planificación y organización para alcanzar los objetivos que como equipo o mesa de trabajo nos planteamos.

Todo este día terminó con una foto muy loca, así la llamamos nosotros a este tipo de fotos que solemos tomarnos cada mes. Este espacio también estuvo cargado de dinámicas y compartir. Ahora bien, todo esto se resume en la importancia que como seres humanos tenemos de vivir momentos diferentes, hacer cambio de actividades y no volvernos tan monótonos ante la vida porque pudiéramos perder de vista lo que somos, personas.
En medio de la pandemia que aún sigue azotando a tantos países y comunidades de nuestras ciudades nostros también seguimos propiciando este encuentro muy responsablemente, estamos llamados a continuar el camino, a retomar nuestra vida aún con una pandemia pero sí a dejar en evidencia la vitalidad de un joven, se necesitan en nuestra sociedad y en este tiempo jóvenes echados para adelante como decimos acá en Venezuela. No olvides nunca cambiar tus actividades porque sí que hace bien.
