This photograph was taken back in the day, when film was the basic way of recording an image. I had to photograph the narrow strip of land that encloses the lagoon of the Mar Menor, called La Manga. The only reasonably priced aircraft I could find in the area was an old Cessna 170 light aircraft, albeit flown by an experienced pilot. When we had finished the report, and were returning to the airfield, I asked the pilot to move away from the coast to take a more general view of La Manga with the Mar Menor in the background. And this was the result.
The image was taken with the wonderful Hasselblad X-Pan panoramic format camera.

Tenía que fotografiar la estrecha franja de tierra que cierra la laguna de El Mar Menor, llamada La Manga.
