Hail to the Hive!

I have been meaning to edit a Jamaican Coastal Video together for some time as even though photos from a drone are pretty cool nothing illustrates the 3 dimensional environment you’re operating in better than video. So I have finally got round to putting this little short video together. Procrastination be gone!

Now if you’ve taken the time to watch it you will notice the water colour and clarity is very different in parts. Now I filmed this in two locations on the coast in Negril Jamaica and the two areas were no more than 700m apart but as the wind had significantly picked up and made the wave activity a little more aggressive this churned it up a bit at the second location of Home Sweet Home resort.

This actually worked nicely for editing as it made a nice switch from the clear calm turquoise waters at Xtabi on the Cliffs to the more turbid, wave splashing ocean at Home Sweet Home Resort nice to edit with changes in accompanying music.
