A fuselagem foi concebida para levar a mecânica de um Trex 500.
Tudo começa com placas de esferovite sobrepostas e coladas.
Depois usando lixa grossa e fina afaga-se ate termos um molde perfeito.
Depois encera-se para facilitar a remoção final do interior.
A base onde assenta a mecânica foi feita em contraplacado, tubo de fibra de carbono e fio kevlar.
A cauda foi reforçada por dentro com tela carbono.
O trem de aterragem foi feito em tubo fibra de carbono e alumínio, e as calças em cartolina.

Construction of a Hughes 500 fuselage for a trex 500.
It all starts with overlapping and glued Styrofoam boards.
Then, using coarse and fine sandpaper, sand it down until we have a perfect mold.
Afterwards, it is waxed to facilitate the final removal of the interior.
The base where the mechanics rests is made of plywood, carbon fiber tube and Kevlar thread.
The tail has been reinforced inside with carbon mesh.
The landing gear was made of carbon fiber and aluminum tubes, and the pants were made of cardboard.
