Realmente hay muchas cosas que me hacen feliz y ya se han vuelto parte de mi día a día, una de ellas es dormir y despertar con mis hijos, actualmente el más pequeño se pasa en la madrugada para mi cuarto, despertar con él y sus bracitos enrollados en el cuello mientras entre dormido y despierto me dice cuanto me ama es algo me hace profundamente feliz, a él le encanta dormirse pegado de mi cuello y es algo que en realidad disfruto mucho.
There really are many things that make me happy and have become part of my daily life, one of them is sleeping and waking up with my children, currently the youngest one comes to my room at dawn, waking up with him and his little arms wrapped around my neck while he tells me how much he loves me is something that makes me deeply happy, he loves to fall asleep glued to my neck and it is something I really enjoy a lot.
Otro de los hábitos que me hacen feliz es comer, me encantan los guisados, las sopas, los panes y los dulces, soy de buen apetito, puedo comer a cualquier hora y en cantidades sin ningún problema o sentirme mal después, realmente disfruto comer.
Another habit that makes me happy is eating, I love stews, soups, breads and sweets, I have a good appetite, I can eat at any time and in quantities without any problem or feeling bad afterwards, I really enjoy eating.
Algo que también disfruto es hacerle recetas a mis hijos, dulces, ponquesitos, tortas, yo amo la repostería y mis hijos son mis clientes fijos, son los encargados de control de calidad y aunque no me pagan mi mejor recompensa es verlo disfrutar de mis preparaciones.
Something I also enjoy is making recipes for my children, sweets, cakes, cakes, I love baking and my children are my regular customers, they are in charge of quality control and although they do not pay me my best reward is to see them enjoy my preparations.
Celebrar los cumpleaños También espero con ansias los cumpleaños de mis hijos, yo me disfruto cada celebración, decorarles, hacerle las tortas, disfrazarlos, eso me encanta, ellos al igual que yo nos emocionamos cuando se acerca la fecha de cumplir años y comenzamos con los preparativos con antelación.
I also look forward to my children's birthdays, I enjoy every celebration, decorating them, making them cakes, dressing them up, I love it, they, like me, get excited when their birthday is approaching and we start with the preparations in advance.
También me hace feliz estar con mi familia, con mis hijos, siempre aprovechamos de salir y comer helados, es un hábito familiar de ir todas las semanas a probar un sabor nuevo, aunque siempre terminamos escogiendo los mismos que ya nos gustan, yo siempre opto por base de chocolate, me encantan.
It also makes me happy to be with my family, with my children, we always take the opportunity to go out and eat ice cream, it is a family habit to go every week to try a new flavor, although we always end up choosing the same ones we already like, I always opt for chocolate base, I love them.
Ver películas en casa también es algo que me encanta, ver series de acción, suspenso e investigación son mis favoritas, pero también veo películas infantiles con mis hijos, por eso en mi casa las cotufas nunca pueden faltar, siempre es un buen momento para ver películas en familia.
Watching movies at home is also something I love, watching action, suspense and investigation series are my favorites, but I also watch children's movies with my kids, that's why in my house the cotufas can never be missing, it's always a good time to watch movies as a family.
Tomar café con leche me encanta, es sin duda uno de los hábitos que me hacen feliz, a mí me gusta preparar el café normal y luego agregarle leche en polvo y luego batirlo que quede espumosito, queda divino, lo hago en las mañanas y en las tardes, al igual que con el chocolate caliente, para mí siempre es un buen momento.
I love drinking coffee with milk, it is undoubtedly one of the habits that make me happy, I like to prepare normal coffee and then add powdered milk and then whisk it to make it frothy, it is divine, I do it in the mornings and in the afternoons, as well as with hot chocolate, for me it is always a good time.
Ejercitarme, era algo que no formaba parte de mis hábitos; sin embargo, lo estoy incorporando a fin de mejorar mi salud y me ha relajado bastante, durante ese tiempo despejo mi mente y me olvido de las preocupaciones, también mientras uso la caminadora muchas veces voy repasando en mi mente los pendientes que tengo por hacer y voy haciendo ambas cosas, me gusta ser organizada con mis compromisos para así cumplir con todos.
Exercising was something that was not part of my habits; however, I am incorporating it in order to improve my health and it has relaxed me a lot, during that time I clear my mind and I forget my worries, also while I use the treadmill many times I go over in my mind the pending things I have to do and I do both things, I like to be organized with my commitments in order to fulfill all of them.
Hay muchos hábitos y actividades que realizo constantemente y me hacen muy feliz y en su mayoría están relacionadas con mis experiencias familiares.
