Hello dear humanitas community, I am very grateful to be part of this great initiative that I found fantastic and that makes us reflect a little on the things of our day to day life. My habits for a happy day I have many ways to keep myself happy, I think happiness is very important for the human being and looking for alternatives to keep the feeling is very good, so I decided to tell you how I keep myself happy and content. DANCE For me it's the best thing I do, since I was little I've been a dancer and every time I'm in any place I dance, sometimes they see me as crazy haha and others applaud me, but what really matters to me is to get everything out and to be able to feel happy every time I can. Shaking my body and moving it to the rhythm of the music is one of the best sensations I have been able to feel and that encourages me more and more every day. SING Every day for me is wonderful, to be able to invite my mom, my sister and my friends to sing karaoke, I think it is what makes me smile and feel happy every day, it helps us to get rid of that stress and frustrations that most of the time we carry like a sack of potatoes, every time I look for a song and sing it at the top of my lungs I feel very relieved and most of all I look for songs with happy messages, because if I look for sad songs, I would not feel so happy. EXERCISES I personally believe that exercising is one of the healthiest and easiest ways to keep us happy on a daily basis. I always go to the gym in the morning and work out for an hour and my body and mind really thank me for it. PAINT is without a doubt the most creative and striking way I use to feel happy, I look for anything, colors, watercolor, plasticine, look, whatever you can imagine, I use it to bring out everything I have inside me and that really makes me feel happier with myself every day. CLEAN It's definitely my favorite haha, although it seems a little weird, but really when I clean I play music, I dance and sing at the same time and it's the most fun. I think that when I clean I get rid of things that are no longer useful in my room and in my house in general, I always try to keep everything totally clean because in the end when I see the result of a day of cleaning, I feel such a great peace to see everything so tidy and so I can be happy all day because of the energy that transmits my house. Always look for alternatives, feel comfortable with yourself and your surroundings. We must raise our emotional mood in the most creative and lively way possible, whether it is playing a video game or petting your pet. There are many ways and alternatives that we have and that we can make the most of and turn them into healthy habits that make you have a day to day full of happiness. Creo que cuando limpio me deshago de las cosas que ya no sirven en mi habitación y en mi casa en general, siempre procuro que todo se mantenga totalmente limpio porque al final cuando veo el resultado de un día de limpieza, siento una paz tan grande por ver todo tan ordenado y así puedo estar todo el día feliz por la energía que transmite mi casa.
Siempre hay que buscar alternativas, sentirse cómodo con uno mismo y con el entorno. Hay que subir nuestro talante emocional de la forma más creativa y animada posible, así sea jugando un videojuego o acariciando a tu mascota.
Son muchas las formas y alternativas que tenemos y que podemos aprovechar al máximo y convertirlos en hábitos sanos, que te hagan tener un día a día lleno de felicidad.
