En esta ocasión los amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, nos traen esta interesante Iniciativa. Cultura Humana. Semana 14: Geografía: ¿Dónde te gustaría vivir y por qué? y de una vez me sentí conectada, porque hay lugares y países que siempre me han llamado la atención en el mundo. Así como a mí, estoy segura de que muchos de mis amigos también tienen sus sitios o países de ensueño para vivir, es por eso que invito a @ismaelgranados y a @jlinaresp a participar.

Debo confesar, que mi país Venezuela, para mí lo tiene todo geográficamente hablando, hermosos ambientes, parajes donde puedes experimentar el clima que desees, si quieres frío vas a Mérida, si quieres calor te vas a Maracaibo con su hermoso lago o si quieres selva te vas al Amazonas; tienes de todo para escoger, pero para vivir me gustaría hacerlo ya para mi jubilación en el Estado Mérida por sus bellos pueblos, clima superagradable, divina gastronomía y una cultura muy variada con muchas historias de por medio.

Esa sería mi elección primeramente en mi país. Me veo en una hermosa casita de un solo ambiente, eso si, un terreno que yo pueda controlar, sin sorpresas y con muchas flores y naturaleza en todo su horizonte. Allí me imagino escribiendo, con mi viejo abrigo de lana y una hermosa bufanda y gorro a juego, junto a mi gata Aurora y a mi esposo, me imagino a dos viejecitos tomando chocolate caliente, quizás esperando a los hijos de visita o a los nietos.

Pero si me dicen, aparte de tu país, que otro lugar tendrías en mente, me gustaría algún pueblo del Mediterráneo, un lugar como la bella isla de Santorini este archipiélago en medio del mar Mediterráneo, es uno de mis lugares de ensueño, su hermosa arquitectura en colores blancos y azul, hacen que todo el conjunto se vea hermoso, invita a la relajación con unas vistas majestuosas, acompañada de su rica comida mediterránea que es una de las más saludables y sabrosas.

Aparte de que tiene diversión para todos los gustos y muchos sitios hermosos para visitar, tales como templos, playas y posee una muy activa vida nocturna, pero en mi caso me quedaría con los amaneceres y atardeceres de esa paradisiaca población; sería feliz recorriendo sus coloridas calles y hermosas casas, visitando los hermosos jardines y disfrutando de un buen salmón con vino.

Existen muchas tierras a las cuales me gustaría disfrutar, pues tenemos un planeta hermoso y mágico y cada una de ellas, tienen su algo especial, pero ya parando de soñar, me gustaría mucho quedarme en uno de mis pueblitos de Mérida, haciendo lo que me gusta, escribiendo, aprendiendo nuevas recetas, disfrutando de la paz del campo y de las personas sencillas y amables que reinan por esos lugares.

Amo a mi país y me sería muy difícil cambiarlo por otro, aunque muera por vivir en alguno de esos sitios paradisiacos, siempre extrañaría mi café negro sin descafeinar, mis arepas redonditas, mis hallacas y mis costumbres de familia, eso es parte de mí, es mi esencia y sé que viviría extrañando mi pequeño terruño, así estuviera viviendo en mi bello Santorini.

On this occasion, the friends of this beautiful community bring us this interesting Initiative. Human Culture. Week 14: Geography: Where would you like to live and why? and at once I felt connected, because there are places and countries that have always caught my attention in the world. Just like me, I'm sure that many of my friends also have their dream places or countries to live, that's why I invite @ismaelgranados and @jlinaresp to participate.

I must confess, that my country Venezuela, for me has everything geographically speaking, beautiful environments, places where you can experience the climate you want, if you want cold you go to Merida, if you want heat you go to Maracaibo with its beautiful lake or if you want jungle you go to the Amazon; you have everything to choose from, but I would like to live for my retirement in Merida State for its beautiful villages, super nice weather, divine cuisine and a very varied culture with many stories in between.

That would be my first choice in my country. I see myself in a beautiful little house with only one environment, a land that I can control, without surprises and with lots of flowers and nature in all its horizon. There I imagine myself writing, with my old wool coat and a beautiful scarf and hat to match, next to my cat Aurora and my husband, I imagine two little old men drinking hot chocolate, perhaps waiting for visiting children or grandchildren.

But if they tell me, apart from your country, what other place would you have in mind, I would like some Mediterranean village, a place like the beautiful island of Santorini this archipelago in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, is one of my dream places, its beautiful architecture in white and blue colors, make the whole look beautiful, invites to relaxation with majestic views, accompanied by its rich Mediterranean food which is one of the healthiest and tastiest.

Besides that it has fun for all tastes and many beautiful places to visit, such as temples, beaches and has a very active nightlife, but in my case I would stay with the sunrises and sunsets of this paradisiacal population; I would be happy walking through its colorful streets and beautiful houses, visiting the beautiful gardens and enjoying a good salmon with wine.

There are many lands that I would like to enjoy, because we have a beautiful and magical planet and each one of them has something special, but to stop dreaming, I would really like to stay in one of my little towns in Merida, doing what I like, writing, learning new recipes, enjoying the peace of the countryside and the simple and kind people that reign in those places.

I love my country and it would be very difficult for me to change it for another, even if I die to live in one of those paradisiacal places, I would always miss my black coffee without decaffeination, my arepas redonditas, my hallacas and my family customs, that is part of me, is my essence and I know that I would live missing my small homeland, even if I was living in my beautiful Santorini.
