Hello Gaming Photography Community, I hope you are well and with much joy I have been very busy in many things and in a future project I want to do. Anyway, I wanted to make this post to show some scenes and wallpaper type photos, action moments, and one or another thing in Death Stranding. Let's say it's a repertoire of some images I've been doing over time in the campaign.
As this week will be about “Mountain Stories” in the Gaming Photography Community, there are some photos or scenes I want to share in this game.
To tell the truth this game is not for everyone, many will find it boring or somewhat repetitive, I think it's a good game, with excellent graphics with great details that you say you want to take a picture of this site, and you realize that the camera focus or camera position can make it and gives some surprising results can even be funny and also a very original story, to tell the truth, this is more movie than game because of its cinematics, that doesn't mean it's bad, on the contrary it's good and besides the time of each cinematic (not that it's a long time) but when you paste each scene of cinematics in a video you will realize that you can make a movie.
These images as I said before were taken along the campaign and nevertheless visiting some old previous confrontations of some bosses, I hope you like it:
Getting ready for action, checking inventory and getting Sam in shape for his next missions.
The asphalt road was very short because in the place where I was it is very expensive, and looking for resources such as metal and ceramics was a difficult challenge more than all the metal. I had to take a shortcut to the rocky mountains and leave some packages to a person and then go to another place.
I remember thinking about what mission I was doing, the problem was that I had to go through terrorist territory.
After thinking about it I decided to go back to the nearest base and stopped by this place. When I didn't have Lou or rather “BB” it was difficult to see the ghosts in this area, it was a nightmare for me, you don't know how many times I faced that mini-boss, and it wasn't one, it was two at a time, I always had an arsenal at my disposal, 4 rifles, 2 shotguns, 1 pistol, 5 bags of blood, and a pack of grenades.
Going deeper into the snowy mountains I knew that there were also areas plagued by ghosts or better known as “BT”. My purpose was to take a few packages to the robotics engineer in the area. I stopped for a few moments because I wanted to contemplate the beauty of the snowy landscape.
After seeing the landscape for a while, I resumed the road with my bike, I still had battery, but the snow prevented me a little speed, beyond the snowy valley my detector sensed BT in the area, thanks to BB I could see them and without thinking twice I took them down, there were not many that I found, but I wanted to avoid them.
After a tense and tiring journey, I was finally able to arrive and deliver all the lost packages and some orders that the engineer had. And as a reward I got my star for being a good worker.
I then sped off to the base to continue my work and see what repertoire of missions I have left and distribute the resources I have to make asphalt roads to make my way easy.
MOMENTS OF ACTION (BOSSES)
The first time I went up against this thing that Higgs released, I got goose bumps and I remember that I had nothing but blood grenades and blood bags. I was running around like crazy, climbing on buildings to get a good position to make my attacks while the beast was chasing me.
As I told you before, jumping from cars to buildings I found I was looking for some weaponry to pacify the beast, but it really puts you in a tense moment.
These images reminded me of the final scene of the movie Jaws when Brody shot the gas tank that the shark had in its mouth.
I know it may seem strange, you may wonder why I take the pictures in a mode that is not full screen, the truth is that I like it that way, it seems as if it were a movie, it is a personal taste. In this part I remember that when facing the new animal that Higgs invoked. I had to leave Mama at the entrance of his laboratory well protected so that the boss wouldn't hurt her.
I used everything in my inventory to fight the boss, but I did more damage with the shotgun and the hematic grenades.
Well gentlemen, we'll leave it up to here. I hope you liked this repertoire of photos I took while playing, it is not very easy to take the photos you want but you learn, I mean the position of the characters to give a good focus to the camera to come out very well.
