Hi There,

As in the last blog, we tried to reach the strawberry town as early as possible to start the investigation of this mystery. The best thing about RDR2 is that developers kept it fairly easy to hunt around the clues and understand the presence of such weird things on the map.

Let's start our creepy-weird journey and we will encounter many weird things in this blog! Keep a count.

I reached just before the morning and started my hike to the guardian stone.

I went to the snowy hill where the stone was present.

Covering a range at night is not so easy; the track towards the stone is rather covered with snow. It was slippery!

I slipped from the hill!

I came down the mountain but I marched again.

By sunrise, I was able to get to my horse. I marched on the hill once again!

Again I slipped! Thankfully my horse came with me also.

Finally, after a few tries, I was able to get there.

I looked around for any clue and yeah I got one! There are two marks, one in a yellow arrow pointing towards the west, and just to the left of the arrow, you can see a red mark on the stone.

It means in that direction we could see two things or spots. Remember we have to find two spots in the given direction.

I have to get there, across the stream.

I slowly get down the hill, I don't want to slip again and look funny when we are on a chilly mystery!

I got to see these dudes at one corner of the trail. I went to see what were they doing, I got closer and saw them opening a vault. I thought less steal from the thieves this time.

As soon as I got close, the vault exploded! Smoke everywhere, it hit me too. Looks like they were trying to blast and open the vault. Fools made a mistake!

The blast was so bad that these dudes fell on the ground.

I went closer to the blasted vault.

Damn, the blast was heavy. The entire vault is black now.

I got covered in the smoke as well, black dirt, and when I finally exhaled, I exhaled smoke too!

They were using dynamite to open such a small vault!

I cleaned myself, to look like an investigator. I got $40 from the vault. I went in that direction.

Soon I found this camp, looks like a blast happened here too, or the fire!

Vultures were around the camp as things were rotting.

The man was there for many days, I can't figure out how he died! Sad.

I checked and found a few dollars too. This means nobody killed him as they must have looted him. I recovered collectibles.

I went back on my trail.

I came across this beautiful lake.

I heard this hunter and went to check on him, he was over-cautious.

He saw a bear and shot at the bear with his WEAK rifle! Was he crazy?

The bear attacked me and the damn hunter ran away without helping me. Bear killed me in a second. No chance to draw my gun!

After respawning, I got on my trail. I crossed the stream.

I believe it's a work of lightning! I have to be careful when the rain comes.

I started looking for objects as I was close to the edge of the map.

Soon I found this giant rock. When I was about to give up, I saw this, it was covered in fog!

How huge this obsidian is!

I went close and saw a brick misplaced, I took the brick out and found something.

What's this? A hand from clouds pointing towards a bell house. I have to find this house! I found one out of the two marks and one is still left!

Soon I found the second as well.

It was a weird thing. A half-body on a stick surrounded by candles! What kind of thing is this? I noted it as Pagan in my book. Pagan trible?

I went close to check if there was anything in it as well.

I got his mask. And just the mask but it looks, what should I say this - cool or creepy?

I took a shot with the person. I thought if this is the ritual place then at night someone will come. So I camped there.

I slept till midnight and woke up to check the place again. I know you want to find this same place at night too. Let me help your curiosity.

I took out my lamp as it was dark in the woods. I heard a humming sound like a few people singing together!

I took off my lamp to not get seen.

I reached the spot and to my surprise body was not there. Someone must come and I missed the opportunity!

Nothing was there, but the candles were lit. That humming sound confirms the presence of other people in this forest with me. I don't know if this is the end of this mystery as I still have to figure out the drawing that we found in obsidian.
