Sunrise and Sunset in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Hi, I'm back with another contribution to Gaming Photography community and this time I'm going to join Gaming Photography Weekly Contest - Theme: Sunrise and/or Sunset, showing and talking about Sunrise and/or Sunset in RDR 2.

This is the second time I'm working on the same theme and I became the winner in the other time when I showed some sunrise and sunset captures from Mount Shann. This time, I did not climb any mountains to take these shots.

When I started playing the game today, I found myself at Rhodes and I noticed the time was 7:53 PM and the sun was setting right at that moment. I climbed up to that water tank tower to see the sunset from there.

Jumping off from the water tank tower, I started riding my horse thinking I'd see the sunset from a lake close-by and you can see how beautiful the sky was at that moment when I was riding towards the lake but the sun left us and it became dark right after that moment.

I set up a camp in the forest and I slept for the night and this was a new day when the sun was rising. How do you like that sculpture keeping the rising sun behind?

I was leaving Rhodes following the sun so I can get some good views and that's when I noticed this view and I stopped there to take this photo.

It was Scarlett Meadows, Lemoyne near Kamassa River and the time was 6:26 AM when the sun was still rising there.

I waited for a long time there to make a time-lapse of the sunrise but the clouds were covering the sun that I didn't get a good transitions of the sun light.

I suddenly noticed these birds on the other side of the river and they're called Snowy Egret. They looked beautiful with their feathers at this early in the morning.

The sun was still rising and I was still trying to record a video to make a time-lapse that I removed later. Let's change the location, shall we?

I was riding to somewhere and suddenly I noticed this old man reading a book under a tree keeping his horse close-by and you can see how awesome this sunrise view looked keeping them in the frame.

Here I'm with something different and special. I showed sunrise scene while riding a train before in my first time with this theme and now I'm showing the sunset when I hijacked the train and was running from the law.

Leaving the train behind, I was escaping the spot riding my horse as there were lawmen after me and that's when I noticed this beautiful view of the sunset.

Don't mistaken this as a sunrise as it was actually sunset scenes from our camp at Clements Point. I noticed Pearson fishing there when the sun was setting.

I joined him in fishing when Pearson changed his side of fishing and now I tried this side that he tried just now. Using cheese bait, I threw the fishing hook into the river.

After some tries, I caught this tiny fish which is a 1LBS, 2OZ Reofin Pickerel. I was happy to catch a fish and I kept it.

The sun was setting fast and the color of the sky was changing rapidly as you can see above. I should've made a time-lapse of this sunset.

I jumped in the river to take a bath when the sun was leaving us. I was missing the sunset scene from the beach when I was taking these photos and when I'm writing this now.

Here I'm finishing the post for today and I'll come talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.
