After we got success in our first ever contest (the new year themed contest), now that we've found a dedicated sponsor for weekly contest, we've decided to announce a weekly contest every Friday with a dedicated theme for each week.
It has happened to us that in the world of video games, we find fascinating structures and totally epic constructions, and many times we do not pay attention to those parts, those amazing moments where we can stay a good time to take some good screenshots.
On this occasion, we invite you to share those fantastic structures, take screenshots of huge castles, buildings, constructions, towers, and even create them yourself if you have a video game where you can make them, or if you already have, this is your chance to show us.
Take the screenshots at different times of day and weather conditions within the game, capture huge fortifications, with different atmospheric and lighting effects, everything will depend on your game.
You will only have to show us your game pictures, including screenshots of interesting buildings in video games, by any means.
Rules:
As it's a contest, there should be some rules to follow, right? And these rules are not meant to be broken, lol.
- Publish a post in Gaming Photography Community showing some gaming photographs following the theme.
- Add the #gamingphotocontest and #contest in first five tags and then add tags suitable to your post.
- The post must be written only in English (adding a second language would disqualify an entry).
- The post should have at least 350 original words in per language (excluding Hi, Hello, or some common things that you use in your post). You can talk about behind-the-scenes of how you implemented the idea to meet the word counts.
- Show at least 7 photos showing some Interesting Buildings in Games. They can be photos from 7 different moments or can be a single moment from 7 different angles.
- Leave your entry as a comment to this announcement post so we don't miss your entry.
- Attach the link of this announcement post in your entry so your readers can check this out.
- Mention some of your gamer friends in Hive in your post that you think might be interested in joining the contest (not mandatory).
